Why It's So Difficult To Treat Depression

Why It's So Difficult To Treat Depression
Everyone feels sad from time to time. While this is a normal thing and sadness and grief are normal human emotions, there are times when sadness can evolve into something more.
But sometimes you can feel depressed for no reason at all, or you could stay sad for many for a longer than normal time after a traumatic event... unable to get back to the normal feelings of happiness and joy.
If these things sound familiar it could be possible that you have depression.

I've come to realize most depression is caused simply by being on the internet for too long. I stopped being depressed when I stopped 1. Playing MMORPGS 2. Deleted all of my social medias (Except KZread because there are videos where I learn skills) 3. Watching the news 4. Never clicking on notifications 5. Mindlessly scrolling down trying to get to the end. 6. Caring about what others think (politics, games, etc.) I've now 1. Read books 2. Build things 3. Paint 4. Play offline games 5. Watch local news for 30 mins. 6. Limit my online play/BS time to 3 hours (work time is different) I have found that when I made these changes, I got control back of MY TIME! I could SEE PROGRESSION in my life. The internet is endless. We humans can't cope with the information that is all over the internet. Yet we try hard to get as much information as possible. The thought of us not being able to process it all makes us depressed in some fashion. That's why I read books, it has a beginning, middle and end. That's why I play offline games, it has a beginning middle and end. That's why I build things and paint...because it has a beginning middle and end.... That's why I limit my time to 3 hours on the internet...it has a beginning middle and end. The internet...is an infinity.. We may have created it and use it as humans. However, trying to process an infinity with our human minds is impossible. Stop burning yourself out trying to keep up with the internet. Stay in your own lane and speed and get to where you need to go.

To whoever is struggling out there, stay strong.. I had the problem and about 10 month ago i was planning to poison myself.. stuff happened and here I am, alive and happy I didn't do anything stupid back then. To anyone reading this, as you grow older and time goes by, your mindset changes and I know you might think you can never be happy or you can't take it anymore.. but I am you, ten month later, telling you, begging you, to love yourself and just do something so this part of your life passes.

Perception, I'm hoping this comment will reach you. It would be awesome if you could cover Classic Psychedelics like LSD and Psilocybin. More recently I've read to Michael Pollan's "How to Change Your Mind", and there is so much that you could cover on them. There used to be Therapy Sessions that involved taking those classic psychedelics that supposedly helped tremendously with depression, ptsd, and other psychological disorders. We genuinely need more exposure to those drugs, as the public is so blind due to decades of War on Drugs, and all the lies that the government has been telling about them. We need help of scientific-educational channels like yourself to inform the public. Your method of explaining all these various topics is absolutely A+, and thus I believe that with your help, we might get another step closer towards decriminalization, and hopefully one day legalization. Sending out Love to anyone struggling with depression, I know the feeling, we will get through this

The Answer to this condition, such as Depression (Clinical), is known. *** - (Disclaimer - not a doctor, so giving as my personal opinion...) - The Powers that be, don't want the answer to be Known... - It involves Understanding from a different, Universal, Perspective. - Depression is a condition of being Emotionally overcharged !!! - Energy Medicine Techniques can help Resolve by discharging the Emotional overload...

Whoever is struggling with depression, been there, felt that. A big reason why we it's so hard to treat depression is because it's often more than just the physical natural part. The reason why we are here rather than just not existing is because God created us. Through sin this world is fallen so we have diseases and sicknesses, not only that but there is demons that try to attach themselves to us and torment us humans. Jesus Christ died for you on the cross so you wouldn't have to go to hell ( eternal seperation from God ). God , the Creator of the Stars and the Universe - came into creation to suffer horribly and be crucified for us. Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit wants to set the captives free and loosen the bondages of your depression. Repent, confess your sins and trust and believe in Jesus. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Give it to God he will help you! He has done it for me and he will do it to you aswell
