I smoked a plain block of cream cheese. ..let it cool then used it in a no bake peanut butter pie recipe...phenomenal
I really need to try this! So no smoker, but a 250° oven and some ingenuity may get me close!

My family absolutely loves smoked cream cheese! We love it glazed with homemade jalapeno jelly! The last 15 min I top with the jalapeno jelly and finish smoking!

Try it with blueberry jam and a little lemon juice, then eat it with Graham crackers. Soo good! Or raspberry Chipotle sauce. Mmm
I don't even like cream cheese but I seen several videos on KZread about making it so while I had my pit fired up one day I made some for the other people who do like it and they all raved about it so much that I had to try it. And I couldn't believe how much I actually like it. It really was amazing. I used Uncle Steve's Original Shake (I bought that because of y'all's recommendation.... THANKS for that!) and another one with Meat Church's Holy Cow. Both were amazing

Make this quite often with Meat Church Holy Voodoo, I also make another with Meat Church Honey Hot Hog, once pulled from smoker I add pepper jelly to the Honey Hot.

This just blew my freakin' mind... how have I not had this at some point in my life?! I may go to the trouble of setting up my Weber kettle grill to do some smoking just because I don't know if I can wait until I get a smoker. Smoked cream cheese is so good. My favorite is either bbq rub or Italian seasoning. I would eat it every day if I could. I'm going to test out my new griddle tomorrow with some bacon smash burgers.
