She needs a Netflix special and a HBO SPECIAL. She is the funniest comedian I’ve ever heard.

I've been the sleeper many times at the theatre, I'm narcoleptic. Dark theatre it just gets the nap juices going. I no longer accept any invitations for classical music performances, for me it always turns into an expensive nap 😄. I have to laugh about it otherwise I'd just cry but I always feel quite guilty I love stand up and the theatre in general.

Some theatres do performances that are "family friendly" or "special needs friendly" in which they don't dim the lights. Perhaps you could enjoy theatre without napping that way. I love theatre too. To be in your situation, it must suck.

The thing about you Sarah, is that not only are you hilariously funny, you're also a lovely genuine Geordie lass! 😊

I always wondered about that 'Sarah asleep in her own audience' gag. So great to have the behind-the-scenes story at last. And that bit at the end about you being the same person? FUCKING GOLD. LOL.

I appreciate the 1st (Green Shirt) volunteer's commitment to the bit. The "ah there was a loud noise-- not enough to bother waking up but I'll just yawn and shift a bit" acting was excellent.

I haven't laughed that hard in ages. This is a brilliant series of things getting worse while getting better! Loved it

I love it when comedians do silly stuff like this for their specials, it makes the special/dvd/whatever it's own thing, rather than just cameras in a theatre, which will never been a true representation of what it was like live, make it it's own thing.

Absolute class act and a genius way of incorporating the OG sleeper into every show since 😂

Sarah is one of those rare performers that can mesmerize an audience just by being herself. Its only a matter of time before she's selling out tours stateside and I can't wait to see her live! 🥳

My life's goal is now to attend a Sarah Millican comedy show and pretend I'm asleep the whole show. Not sure I could stop myself from laughing and pull it off though.

This was hilarious! Only problem - we watched it during supper, and we got to laughing so much we had to stop eating for a bit!

How tedious must it have been to direct "wobbly lady"!!!! So hilarious. Can't wait to see you this year, at long last! My tickets are going mouldy, I bought them such a long time ago!!!! I went to see Alan Carr and heard a woman talking about the last time she was in the same place, she was at Sarah Millican and she was a nurse coming from a 12 hour shift but didn't want to have a kip in case she missed it and ended up sleeping through it. I think she made it on to the DVD. I loved hearing that x

I've watched all of your DVDs since and loved every minute of them. I think my favorite bit was the story you told about the poem from your ex-husband. It was so touching. They should absolutely do that. The whole theater, including Sarah, asleep. Only one cameraman awake.

I would have the entire audience asleep with only one person awake and laughing their head off (Edit) I wrote that a whole 2 minutes before she said it !!!!

Sarah is absolutly BRILLIANT!!!! Not only is she a great comedian but, it's really great when she gets in on the audience to pick on or gets them to to interact with something. Either way she is extremely well entertaining & in her own way causes absolute HAVOC!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍😉

Feb 23 and I’m just now watching. When I was an undergrad, I worked 6 days per week, about 50 hours and took 3 university classes. I was always exhausted. That being said, I do t think I’d sleep during these hilarious videos. I did however go to sleep during a Dallas Cowboys game during that time. Got my picture in the company magazine for sleeping during the game in the stadium and wasting the companies money that they’d paid for the ticket.

To be honest, with my track record lately falling asleep at bad spots. Fell asleep at christening, fall asleep after dinner at my mom's a couple of times. So, I might also be one of those that fall asleep at your show.

This is hilarious and adorable at the same time.

I'd never want to be that one audiance member laughing, but pretending to be asleep along with an entire crowd is an absolutely wild gag. You've literally written your own comedic story to tell at future events and it's just so glory as it keeps going! It'll be bloody hard to top! But a comedic genius like you will probably give something fun to wind up and tease audiance with in future - great show!

As a previous shift worker I've slept in or through many shows and movies. Used to come home from nights, takes kids to movies, get them a choc top and sleep,and snore they say. I've yet to see that movie with the blue people in it, àll tinkly music and butterflies. Never seen it all the way through. I've tried twice.

This young lovely lady is the best of the best of comedy stand ups in my opinion, and she is so funny and a credit to all the other ladies that would like to take up comedy for TV or live stage performances. Sarah is purely belta.
