Good summary of what is out there and why it matters, please post the link to the article for the Evidence for nutritional information. That might help those interested in doing a deeper dive.

This is my first video watching Joseph, does he just dismiss everyone else, or does he offer content about proper nutrition and weight loss in any podcasts?

Great podcast, guys. I've been a PT for 15 years, and 90% of people will always fall for the info that makes them feel good. This could be things like "stop eating fruit to be healthier," "do this kickback for huge glutes," or "tan your balls to increase testosterone." The person who finds a way to change subconscious programming will become the richest person in the world 🤣

The thumbnail says avoid these charlatans…. But Lane Norton is the guest? Somebody doesn’t know what charlatan means.

@@TxMxT27 Lane Norton stated publicly and confidently, that mass is conserved. And couldn’t actually name (much less define/describe), the first law of thermodynamics. This is not news to those of us that actually understand physics, and he’s been called out many times by real scientists. He’s a charlatan, you’re welcome kid.
