The SABC are being disingenuous, like its parent the ANC, making it impossible for anyone to cancel a tv licence.

Our home of 31 years was "reposessed" by the bank/bondholder - and sold on auction by the sherriff in Jhbg in 2020. We literally gave away/donated all of of the contents of our home TV' Included - (as we couldnt sell anything on - no takers) - to various Charity Associations including the Salvation Army and Afrikaans Boere Gementskap (who clothe and feed tens of hundreds of people who have nothing/nowhere to go) based on the West Rand. We are already blacklisted at the various credit Bureau's- and after answering MANY calls - and responding to MANY SMS's from various collection Agencies/Attorneys we invited them to add their complaints to the Credit Bureau's - we are into our 70's and are not likely to EVER seek credit/finance from any source including Banks. So "let them blacklist" us further is our reaction- a stone cant give Blood!.

The simple way is simply to stop paying it.
