- What does "a court that will supplement our legal system" means in the context of what is stated in the Constitution with regards to the structures, distribution of power, and distribution of responsibilities of the goverment? - Can we really have a "court" of foreign origin that operates outside the mandate of the Philippine Constitution, perform a supplementary role in parallel with our established Judicial system? - how will that foreign court interact with the Supreme Court of the Philippines? Will it be treated as a lower court? Can the Supreme Court repeal/overrule such supplementary court's ruling and decision? - is that "supplementary court" qualified to perform the proper due process defined by the Constitution? - how does the "supplementary court" observe and protect the constitutional rights of the filipino people when it policies and procedures are not bounded by the Philippine Constitution?

ICC is not relevant to the philippines. What is relevant and immediate is for congress to act and file resolutions how to initiate full investigation of the alleged EJK. This investigation and final resolution is long overdue. This lawyer reasoning is not acceptable.
