@@ryanloney3448 yup thats the time to move on. happens with every game eventually. just like the adrenaline hit from beating your first video game or killing someone in call of duty or halo or many others, as the novelty wears off hopefully something else comes along to replace it! after 6900+ hours im still having fun playing tarkov, shitty parts and all. when its no fun i will hopefully be ready to move on to the next game, or rather hope the next game will be ready for me!

Completly agree with you on your points about playing tarkov. It’s great to see variety on stream and on the KZread as well. But your tarkov streams and videos do have a complete unique twist on them which makes them very enjoyable to watch. Not to mention your community is top tier as well. Hex! I was wondering what any tips you would have for someone trying to do the same. I enjoy video games but I always enjoy what I enjoy in the moment. I have thought about doing something similar but I am just curious if you had anything that you would recommend and or not recommend? It is not about the views. It is about recording the joy I get from these games. People question me all the time what is so great about gaming. I then blankly stare off into the sunset because I cannot describe how I feel when; I win a 1v5, when I complete a terrifying raid, when I enjoy cruising throughout the streets with my close online friends. Im kinda sauced up but i always tell my buddies that tarkov is kinda like oldschool runescape in the wilderness. You get a good drop and you get the same adrenaline trying to survive on the way out. For me atleast😊

Wouldn't say a lot. Every friend that I played tarkov with has gone down the list of cheap, shameless clones, praising it like they do every cod release and anything else that gets marketed. Then it doesn't work, they all quit it in 3 or 4 days and go to the next one and restart the cycle. Most people are brainless. Most people just follow the hype, unaware of the drool leaking down their chins as they type in their card info. They'll go back when or if these copies stop releasing weekly, unpolished clones.

I’m finding tarkov incredibly pointless to play, which leads to boredom and alt+f4 after I die. It is late wipe which is pretty normal, but honestly the game is too easy now, I cant remember the last time I was actually broke.

I love the gunplay no game like it rn except maybe gray zone but that runs like shit

I got brain rot my G. If you create an executable file that will blow up my pc. I may consider running it for some dopamine.

I agree streamers/players will come back. Tarkov had 400k viewers on Twitch the first day of this wipe. Gray Zones current peak is "only" 175k. Arena Breakouts current peak is at 137k, so yes most will come back.

Exactly my thought, i enjoy game i play game i hate game or bored of game i quit maybe come back maybe not, to play games and think that the devs are your friends is dumb and immature tbh, i purchased Tarkov in 2021 and not planning to quit it anytime soon because Nikita made a stupid decision, i will quit when im bored since i already paid for it, and no one can make me think otherwise

i do have non eft videos, but they’re for members only. i do this because i simply do not have the time to edit everything and keep on top of streaming. so all memberships help the variety videos going on this channel for editors on that. it’s where all the dark souls / harvester / anything variety goes

Its not that i cant make it to the streams, Its just streams and twitch is shite.

So i sold everything and just scav and zero to hero every run. Its the only fun i have with the game at this point.

Hell yeah Hex. I love your take on the whole tarky drama. Kinda where I stand as well. I hate when people feel like they gotta highroad over a VIDEO GAME. If you enjoy the game play it. If you dont, then dont. Just dont preach to me about how "scummy and terrible" the devs are just to be back in 3 months playing the game again.

arena breakout is way better - much more social and funny - tarkov is more realistic but I enjoy AB more. I got tarkov for free and I got AB beta access free - so the tarkov drama didn't bother me tbh, AB is just a better experience.
