Someday I'll Learn it's a beautiful part of Ireland! County Mayo is very underrated

I have only been to Ireland once but really loved it! We went fishing in a small town and had a lot of fun! You tell as simple story but I couldn't stop watching! Well put together as always! Thanks for sharing!

Awesome! I currently live in Dublin and have been working with people from County Mayo. They have a different accent and they say that Mayo is just a small county. But sure, they are lovely people!

I love this! Ireland has been on my bucket list for a while. It looks so beautiful! But i Love how you focus on the people! When I went to Scotland this last year, that was my favorite part, was interacting with the Scottish people and seeing how warm and friendly they were! Must be something about living in that part of the world and being surrounded by such incredible beauty!

This is a great film! I love the moody clip of the waves rolling in at 0:14. It just looked extremely atmospheric! I've not been to Ireland before but it reminds me a lot of Wales :)

I love when travel is about family. This one really has a nice family history theme to it...and I love that. I would love to have heard more about your grandfather and his work all over the world! Looks like you may have inherited some of that? "The essence of Ireland is in its people...Ireland isn't a place, it's a people"...You'd better copyright that thing and then pitch it to the Ireland Tourism Bureau!

Travelling the west of Ireland is like travelling back in time in fact it's millennia back, not to be missed in anyone's lifetime as it's the most beautiful part of the world let alone the country. So if you're here in Ireland with some days to spare, check it out from Westport going west incorporating croagh Patrick, you won't be disappointed. Ronnie.

Your videos are always so interesting to watch, the reason is how you narrate, it always makes me feel I am watching National Geographic or some Travel channel. I love in the end and beginning you said Ireland is now a Place it's a people :)

I'm so glad you were able to connect with family and make a connection with the land of your ancestors. My parents visited Ireland last summer and it turns out we have more roots there than we previously thought. Those roots go waaaaay back though and are obscured by all the British and Scottish genes. Beautiful footage!

Nice vid. Last one I watched I think you were using a Panasonic G7? (I could be wrong, haven't checked). Are you digging the new camera? What's your favourite thing about it?

Where we've been You are correct, I used the G7 for the best part of a year and got some really good results from it. Loving the a7s though for a number of reasons. A real strength for me is the low light performance. I can boost the ISO really high with minimal noise on the image. I also love the look of the full frame in general. What are you shooting with?

skylines and sunsets ireland gets plenty of tourists,but the problem is that it is mainly a triangle of dublin galway cork kerry .Mayo galway sligo leitrim donegal all beautiful counties get damn all in comparison .Mayo gets good tourism in the southern tip ,but after that not much.I mean donegal and mayo get 300 000 tourists a year galway gets 1.3million and kerry gets 1million yet mayo and donegal have as much to offer if not more.
