Glad to see your still loving it here.Owning your own home with your own space is one of the best decisions one can make.We are from Miami and think anyone over 25 years of age that is married with kids would do well here.Once you reach that stage in life the slower pace is a welcomed thing IMO.

Moved from Miami a couple of months after you, got our house built as well. I can say it is definitely a difference compared to back home. You hit everything on the head. I’m a medical courier and I have to drive back and forth to Fort Lauderdale. That drive ain’t nothing to play with lol

Glad to hear from you, glad for you man. Yeah, we moved from Broward to Palm Beach county, not nearly as far north as you, but we definitely notice a difference in the people just moving one county north. Peace and keep them videos coming brother.

Hello there, Thank you for the comment! This little garden has produced a lot since we started it. Tomatoes, Bell peppers, Sweet peppers, cilantro, cucumbers, rosemary, you name it.

What's going on. I was stationed there during that time.

Insurance, Insurance, Insurance has gone way up and companies are leaving FL. I own property in the Villages and the increases $$$ are huge .. Correct me if I’m wrong, PSL has the highest taxes.. This is my biggest concern, the cost to live there is rising.. *I like the shade canopy over the patio! 👍.

Taxes are pretty high in PSL, but you can't beat what you get for your money. Cost of living has been on the rise since the plandemic. Hate to say it but, it's a crapshoot! This country will never be the same. Thanks for your comment.

My father commutes from psl to coconut creek every day. What fence company did you go with?

hi I enjoy your content you really know what you are talking about when you describe south Florida I have friends that re relocated to Port Saint Lucie from south Florida and they don't miss it one bit lol the only problem is the high property taxes. can you do an update on your fence one of my friends is currently looking for a reliable company as well as reasonable estimates I do share your videos so it might just be the right information she needs thanks for sharing your content with us 🙏🏼

Well they have calmed down a bit since then.

I’m giving up on the Florida experiment after 16 months. Selling my 14 month old new build house, 2600 sq’, 5 br. I’m in the Panhandle, so maybe that’s why I hate it. Moving to Japan in July for a year, to regain the feeling of a civilized community.

Well I'm sorry to hear that. I feel that nonmatter where you go in the world, there are going to be challenges. Unfortunately civilized communities don't exist anymore. However I still wish you the best!

I always wondered was Port St. Lucie or Viera Florida diverse because a lot of the videos I see I get kinda frightened that I don’t see No one look like us in these nice communities. Thanks for sharing brother now Port St. Lucie may be a place I’m considering moving to💪🏿
