I know 65 year old women who remained single and never found love, even being devout Christians. Some people never get it

They have to put a demand in the spirit! Meaning were they confessing scripture over the situation. Did they speak life about getting married someday or did they say things like "girl yea I may not ever get married" "Or I'm getting too old and there are no good men left" ETC We impact our future and our prayers by our words and actions.

I'm 34 years old and I am still waiting on God it has been hard. Because when I do go out by myself even just to run errands or sitting down at a restaurant by myself. I still don't have any men approaching me. I haven't really been on a date in years. I had to really let someone go that just wasn't pursuing me at all. Yeah it was hard. I can't no longer settle for less. I can't settle for a man who does the bare minimum and doesn't make any effort to really get to know me. And I am on instagram. But I am not in every man DM's either.

I love this I’m 26 & I have my life wholeheartedly over to God in 2020. And I felt the exact same way & He sent a messenger to tell me that He has a husband for me & more. I’ve been holding on & it has been a struggle especially on Valentine’s Day! But thank you for telling your testimony & showing God’s love, grace, & faithfulness in it! ❤️

Yay sis for committing your life to the Lord! That's amazing! As far as waiting for a husband, yes it is tough at times but stay strong sis! The wait is so worth it! It's better to wait now than to settle for a guy who isn't right for you and struggle through a toxic or bad marriage just because you were impatient or lonely! You can do it sis! Thank you, Charbria, for sharing! I'm 31 and single now and still in the process of learning how to trust God and be vulnerable with Him. Slowly, but surely, building up that faith that he's going to keep my husband from marriage until it's time for us to meet and then it's time for us to marry.

I believe the problem is when you've been walking with God for many years, self-trust starts creeping back in so subtly we don't realize it. I really think that's because we've gotten really hurt along the way as we've been trusting God's mysterious plans for us. We DO have these hearts of flesh now so when we get hurt for righteousness sake over & over there comes a breaking point where we go "whoa, hold on, enough of that!". So we start to take back the control to safeguard our hearts. It turns into "co-trusting" God for everything.

I am so glad that the Lord blessed you with a godly spouse! I have also stoped dating because it was not working for me. Still no husband in sight and I am 39 so I am losing hope and faith that I will ever marry, or become a mother because i see no evidence that i ever will marry or become a mom ( I am getting to old ) But it is really encouraging that He blesses other people like you. Although the Lord is witholding me from something i really desire, He blesses other people and that gives me the feeling that He is a loving God who anserws prayers, although he is not anserwing mine. Thank you for engouraging me, I still can see trough your testimony that God is a loving God!

I can relate girl, that's the place I am at the moment.
