I Got mine removed years ago, I also have scars just like yours. I had mine for 7 years then got sick. The surgeon that put mine in wouldn't take them out. Told me that it wasn't the implants making me ill. When I finally had them removed, I started getting better. You look fantastic!

Good to see the explant shift or choosing against implants! There is a lifetime of future surgeries ahead with breast implants that isn't discussed... aged implant exchanges, capsular contractures, weighted implant breast lifts, plus numbness, etc ... not to mention the serious BII health issues!!

I am also 67 and explanted last Friday. About 35 year old implants. I had a rupture so I had to have a capsulectomy. I feel great- I am not gonna lie they look sad four days out. But honestly, I am still relieved and happy. Good luck to you!

I am 63 yrs old. My breast implant has collapsed on the R. side. Out of 4 Dr's who deal with a lot of breast...not One of them has seen anything like mine. Inside the capsule that originally formed around the implant has now filled with a mass. The Dr who did my biopsy was concerned when she tried extracting the fluid that was a very thick cream colored substance. The pathology came back neg. for cancer cells but the Dr is still not sure if that is correct. This mass has grown down into my nipple. The Plastic surgeon informed me thus past Wednesday that because of all the small capillaries & how the mass has grown, he will not be able to save my nipple. Insurance is going to pay to have the right one done, but not the left one. Between the plastic surgeon and cost of OR and anesthesia for the left, it is going to cost $6400. I'm ready to have this o er with! Surgery scheduled July 24th!

That price includes a lift, but it doubles the Dr's cost of surgery. He is a highly recommended Dr which I think is VERY important. They will also send everything they remove to Pathology to make sure there is no cancer.

aww thank you for the sweet comment! 🥰 I was too lazy to get a healing lotion. But my doctor recommended me to ask the pharmacy employees, they know about a few great ones for removing visible scars. But you have to apply it while it's fresh! I'm too late now... So get something asap! 💜

I'll be getting mine removed this year, reducing my current 32G to 32A. I'll def need lift as well. I'm terrified about the scars and finished looked but I'm 95% certain they're causing systemic health problems everywhere except my chest. I'm ready to be me again boobs or skin w/scars I just can't take it anymore.

Health over anything else babe!! 💜 The scars are something you won't even care about, coming from me with low and big scars...I was recommended a healing lotion that will make it grow even better. But I was too lazy to use it. Ask you doctor about this! He/she will take good care of you 🥰 Wish you the best of luck!

I’m a week post op today and I loved my implants but they were making me sick 🤒 nobody believed me even my surgeon he was lovely but he didn’t really believe in breast implant illness… But he removed them anyway and I can’t lie since I’ve removed them I do feel alot alot better already ! I’m just worried about what there going to look like after .. right now I’m tapped up for 2 weeks 😊so I’m scared to see what it’s gonna look like when this tape comes off :( Also when did yours fluff and drop and when could you personally start wearing bras ? Do you have experienced/ experience any discompfort or pain with or without the implants because they cut the muscle wrong? How does it effect you during sports ?

It's atrocious how much natural boobs get so much negativity (describing them as "cow boobs"). They are supposed to change shape with different movements and not look like balloons, which implants look like. It's also sad how much young women are brainwashed to not like their natural body shape.

I'm sorry to hear that :( At the end of the day, it is YOU that are going to live with these implants. I think it's worth a try to have a conversation about it. Same boat. My husband calls me greedy and selfish for wanting removal so I've had them for 5 years now and my right breast is ever so slightly too low and therefore causes immense pain. Even when I lay down I can't get pain relief. I can't be up actively doing things for even 5 mins before I am in too much pain and extremely fatigued. Here he is buying 2500 dollar go karts and all of these techy things when some of that $ could allow his wife to be relieved of serious pain. So yeah I guess that is a little selfish but I didn't know it was going to be like this. I did a ton of research for YEARS before making the decision to get them, and nowhere did I see anything about feeling THIS pain 🙃

Oh no. This is your body and to not do what you need for you sounds terrible. Had you sort help to feel comfortable to do what you want rather than someone else.

My breasts do the same when I bend forward haha but it’s from two pregnancies and 4.5 years of breastfeeding two kids . Going from a small C to a large DD and then back to a small c creates extra skin that isn’t filled out as much once I weaned from breastfeeding . Ur not alone !

I want to take mine out but I know the sagging would totally send me into serious depression! I’m 63 and. Let’s face it our skin changes with time and age, I so remember how they sagged before getting implants. Well there’s only so much absurgeon can do to help with the sagging. So I’m perplexed of what to do?????

Omg same! 32dd &actual size 32aa 😰 but I really want these implants removed. So far I’ve had consultations with two different surgeons and neither one wants to remove my implants🥴 They kept trying to convince me to keep the implants in. Cuz being flat ain’t “cute” & the assistant there started laughing said I’ll look like a pancake😒 Idgaf what they said I’m so set on getting these implants removed so hopefully one day I’ll meet a surgeon that’s willing to do so.

Hi Don’t be afraid of the results! Health comes first! I just wanted to let you know that there are other options like padded sticky bras and sticky inserts (I use boomba) and they make your boobs look a lot bigger in clothes and bikinis without surgery. Take care of your health!

When were you able to drive? 😅 I have to drive 1 hour to go to my job I only asked for 3 weeks 🥺.
