I am very surprised how many of my viewers are using the MitoPro panel for pain. I guess I've been under a rock. The Omnilux Mask is wonderful. Since I am past my 2 year warranty, I didn't want to use it on my back. It's so easy to put it on my face, and 10 minutes later, it turned off. Thank you!! Blessings, prayers, and love..MaryEllen

I purchased that panel last year, very same one, I use it for my whole body, I am 68 , instead of purchasing a helmet or a mask. I have been very very happy with it, I use it for my face, hair, neck, decolage, as well as my shoulder which I broke a year ago. This is just a great thing for all of us in my opinion. I have had this panel for 2+ years and it's still going strong. I use it for my face and the dec and for various muscle aches and pains. I love it more than my mask. I feel so claustrophobic using the mask but it's great for travel.

HiMaryEllen, I am so glad you spoke about the Mito red light panel for Back Pain, I was a nurse/ cardiovascular Sonographer and was injured during a pre op Echo helping a patient which has led me to 6 major spinal cord surgeries and suffer with Chronic Thorasic and lumbar pain that is debilitating often and have been curious about A panel for pain relief ( and of course skincare). I use my mask and really like it. I’m not too sure it has done much for this 85 year old skin except to help maintain what I have. It has helped hair growth for sure. I’m sorry about your back and good news your red light therapy is working. It’s so hot and muggy here, too. I have to go out to walk MooShu early before it gets too hot- and later in the evening when it cools down. I’m always reminded that it is better than snow, though!! Love your way my friend. Sandra

I’ve had the Mito panel for a few years and I love it! I prefer it over the masks.💜…I wanted to mention it’s ok to just close your eyes when using the red light only (just don’t do it with the infrared light). I’ll wear the goggles when using the red light only for about a minute to get my eyes use to the light, since it’s so strong even with the goggles, then I’ll remove the goggles. I have the same panel that you do.🙂 Also, I used the Roobas green tea serum for awhile, but after some time didn’t seem to think it was worth it. I will use castor oil sometimes when using the panel now, but that’s it. I hope you have better luck with it.

Good morning Maryellen, I love my Omnilux and still use five days a week. I have a Mito and might use it a few time a month. However, I am in love with castor oil. I'm loaded with arthritis, knees and ankles.. I bought some wool flannel and saturate it with castor oil, wrap it around my knee and ankle and put the Mito heat on it for about 60 to 90 minutes. My ankle was so bad when I have a flare up that I could not put weight on and was in a wheelchair but now after castor oil with heat I am no longer in a wheelchair I can actually walk on it. My knees were so bad they would wake me up during the night, since slathering the castor oil on twice a day I am sleeping thru the night without pain. I have had A-Fib for over 30 years and never thought to call my Cardiologist. Glad to hear we're safe. 🤪 Maryellen, I love your videos, they are so full of information I can trust. What a great video! Glad you like your Omilux, I absolutely love mine. I have the face one and after my face, I put it on my neck for another cycle and then I place it on top of my head. I have had a lot of new hair growth doing that. I used to use the NuFace Myolift for a few years. Things got crazy here and didn’t have time for all that but I kept up with my Omnilux and my skin and muscle tone and hair have never looked better. That is all I use now! Hi. First time watcher. You are what I wish I looked like. I’m 74 and with so many wrinkles due life. Funny about your red light usage. My husband and myself having been mito for pain for 2 years. We have smaller flexible pads. We use them next to our skin. I hope it helps you as it has helped us. It doesn’t fix structural body problems but does help with the pain. We’ve sent them to family and friends. Do you certain have a certain day you are on?

I will be 65 this Fall and decided to use the Boost neck and dec on my head. I put it on my head with a stretchy headband and it works great. I’ve only tried it for a short time (I love the results I’ve seen on my neck after I had it for about 6 months) on my hair so we will see.

So nice to see you! I LOL’d at “Rationalization 101…” sounds like me! I think it was definitely worth keeping the helmet with their offer! Hello! I just recently came upon your channel and really have enjoyed all I've watched. Now, today I hear you say you're from southern Illinois! I am too and anytime Illinois is mentioned, it's never we "southeners", lol. I am now in Kansas City on the Kansas side, but was born and bread in Illinois where my little town smells like oil on one end from the Marathon Refinery and chocolate on the other end as we're the home of the Heath candy bar (sadly it's now been sold to Hershey). Oh my, I believe our humidity there can rival anywhere, including the summers in Florida. About a year and a half ago, i unexpectedly lost my mother, and as we were just struggling to catch our breath and begin making decisions on the house and all else, i lose my brother COMPLETELY unexpectedly. I felt as if my suitcase had just been put away. Now, I feel so lost as any "ties" to my HOME, seeing my mom come spilling out of the big screened porch as we pulled in, are all gone and just a memory. I would never trade my years growing up in a small town! I do believe even today, kids miss out when they don't experience growing up in that way. You must be very close to Evansville, and cross over the bridge and you're in Kentucky! People here have always asked where my accent came from, lol and can't believe it when you say Illinois! No! I'm NOT from Chicago, haha. It's so nice to see your videos. You do have beautiful skin. I'll be waiting for your next "appearance "! God bless Julie

Hi Jules. Sorry to hear of your great losses. I know what it feels like to lose my Mother, but haven't experienced the loss of sibling. I asked Jim if he knew what city in Illinois had a Marathon Refinery, and was home of the Heath Candy bar (his favorite). He said he knew Robinson had a refinery, low, and behold, it was your town. Just checked, Robinson is a little over 100 miles northeast of us. We live about 20 minutes from Shawneetown, and Kentucky is right over the bridge. We are an hour away from Evansville, Carbondale, and Mt. Vernon IL. Thank you very much!!! Many blessings...MaryEllen

Good video. I have same mito light panel. Definitely gives some pain relief for my back. Had hoped to use on face but started developing red areas and was disappointed. I’ve read that a few people get these with masks to so I may be the odd one that can’t use red light on face. I’ve heard red light makes hair grow longer but only lazer light helps with regrowth. I’m researching now as I need to stop hair loss.

Hi Betty, Thank you for sharing. You are right, what works for one, doesn't always work for someone else. I'm really surprised how many of my viewers are using a red light panel, and getting good results with decreased pain. I'll keep waring my helmet until it dies, and hopefully the panel will stimulate blood flow, enough so I don't loose hair. Blessings..MaryEllen
