Wouldn’t necessarily call this a review since I wasn’t able to beat the game, but thanks for watching man!

Update 1.5 just recently really made up for the obvious garbage that was the initial launch, it’s sad that developers have to complete their game after it’s already been released though:(

This was EXACTLY why I never finished Cyberpunk 2077! I nearly rage quit, which is something I haven't done in video games since I was a kid. I'm usually a pretty calm person, and if a part of a game gets hard, I can calmly quit or take a break and come back to the game. But with this game, I got so fed up with all of the glitches, that I just couldn't play anymore. I was so excited for this game prior to its release, like, SO excited. It was going to be my first time playing a AAA game on time (versus discovering a game years later or experiencing it far after its initial release). (Side note: technically KH3 was my first AAA game, and I am a KH fan, but I was in school at the time, and had to wait many months later to play). I even created my first Twitter account to keep up with CD Projekt RED (I am always so hesitant when it comes to creating a new social media account, which is weird considering my channel lol). I bought the Collector's Edition and was just so excited. Then release day came. I was so ready to play the game. Everything was going well, I was loving Night City...and then not even all that far into the story, the glitches became so unbearable to me that I quit. The glitches were so bad to the point where I could not even complete missions to advance in the main story. Even when I would restart the system (and one time, I even restarted the entire game), the issues still continued. At that point, I couldn't do it anymore. I have not touched the game since then. I'm sure it's fine now years later....but I was so far turned off that I do not think I'll ever revisit it.

Some people tried to dismiss the crunch and turned 180 on that so fast once the game was released. At least some people have changed their minds.

Crunch is part of why this game turned out this way. Especially since CDPR does have talented developers who are really suffering the consequences of someone else’s dumb decisions with this game.

Great points… a year ago:) im a Blade Runner addict so CP77 is my escapism par excellence. I have about 200 hours now so i admit ima fanboy, but man theres really no game like it these days and its pretty clutch once you get past keanus typical bad acting (sry but tru)

I’m glad you like it man. Frfr. I’m also glad the game’s gotten better for people. I just had a bad experience with this game in its past state that I just didn’t feel like dealing with anymore than I had to. Especially coming right after Marvel’s Avengers. Really appreaciate your feedback!

@@Nassit-Gnuoy I had a terrible time too the first couple months because it kept crashing and the game itself wasn’t playable. I def recommend another try because now that it aint broken you might dig it as they intended.

Agreed about the dialogue man, nothing really changes when u make big decisions, except at the very end ofcourse when its uber obvious
