The trees is because that area is part of the Texas western cross timbers area.

I see part of Colleyville is Keller ISD. I’m not sure how comparable it is to GCISD

Love it there, very open!
Child Protective Services in Colleyville is really bad. There is a facebook group with 2,100 families who have CPS issues in the city of Colleyville and who say Colleyville is targeting families there through the school district. So out of the 26K population, 9% of those families are visited by CPS. That is an interesting "affluent" town.
I have million dollar taste on a broke down barn budget 🤣
