I absolutely love cold showers - or love to hate them - but actually love them. They start my day off in such an amazing way, it's not worth missing a day!

Well, done for being bold and going cold. I can swim until November and that's it for me. Re- the gym - Lex, that looks like your own gym. I think many would be motivated with the resources you have. Feeling blessed is a boost for sure. But you're in shape - hats off for that. I do it rocky style - I'll train on styles and in trees and of course being a former swimmer I put in the meters. Hi Lex, great video I really enjoyed it. Very well done and nicely edited. I have been doing cold showers for one year now following the advice of some you tubers, and, like you said, if I skip a day, I really feel terrible and like I’ve cheated myself out of something. It’s done wonders for me on every level. Thanks for the great video and by the way you are beautiful.!
