Why I Left my Marriage - Episode 1
When I embarked on my journey to know the LORD through His word in July 2017, I didn’t know it would lead me into a personal journey that would totally transform my life.
I want to thank God for ushering me into my marriage in December 2020. What I didn’t know at the time, was that He was giving me an opportunity to experience what I loved so much, which is the word of God, become flesh, in my life.
After getting so engrossed in the Old Testament, reading about God and the prophets that He sent forth to explain to us who He is, and then falling deeper in love with the New Testament where God Himself becomes flesh in form of Jesus Christ, I wasn’t ready for what was coming next.
On my wedding day, the man of God that wedded me to my ex-husband, God rest his soul, spoke in tongues with teary eyes and a shaky voice. My eyes were teary too as I looked into his. I later learnt that he was actually ushering me into ministry.
Now I know, thanks to God’s revelation, that my marriage was God Himself giving me an opportunity to experience the word become flesh in my life. I saw the scriptures come to life in the three years that I was married to my ex-husband.
And here I am, sharing my Testament. To the glory of God, because He said to me about a month ago that ‘Michelle, it is time. My women need to know that I know what they are going through. Tell them that I AM what they need if they are to live a life of fruitfulness and multiplication.”
This is my story.

Glory to God. I have come to learn that what we keep inside or what we are ashamed to speak out about could be exactly what another person needs to hear in order for them to receive their healing. Psalm 107:20 - The Lord sent forth His word, and His word healed them, and His word delivered them from destruction.
I watched you on TV and I got so interested in hearing more from you I really bless the Lord and I listened too on Mcf you're such a blessing

We need to commit our heart desires and fantasies about marriage to the Lord And submit to Him to renew our minds. No matter how prayerful or dedicated we are, the lies and half truths we have believed would remain an open door for the devil
Hello, my question is For Michelle or anyone there, during periods of temptation or that tym when ur almost doing something that you would regret. What always keeps you accountable. And how do you always remember those things

First, you get a conviction in your heart that you shouldn't be doing this. Respect it. It is the Holy Spirit convicting your spirit not to do it. The Holy Spirit is very subtle. He won't force Himself on you, but you will know. If you insist on going ahead, then He will step away. Being in the scriptures helps you to discern good from bad. It gives you the wisdom and strength not to proceed with an ungodly action. Infact you will feel a little scared. - Job 28:28 "To God man said, 'The fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil, that is understanding'. Reading your Bible consistently helps you to top your Spirit up with the Spirit of the living God because the word of God is a Spirit - John 6:63. Otherwise if you don't read your Bible, it will be very easy for you to do what doesn't want because you don't even know it in the first place. I hope this helps. Love, Michelle

Also, it helps to have accountability partners. Friends in the Lord, that you can confide in and they'll help to encourage you and keep you in line. Should you fall, because we are fleshly beings and the Bible says 'all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God' - Romans 3:23, always remember that our God is a forgiving God. Matter of fact He took all of those sins and nailed them to the cross 2,000yrs ago - Colossians 2:14 So the voices that you hear, after you have fallen into temptation, and asked the Lord to forgive you, are not of the Holy Spirit. That is condemnation from the devil. The Holy Spirit convicts but the devil condemns. The devil's intention is to make you feel so bad about the sin you committed to the extent that you stop believing in God. That must never happen to you, in the name of Jesus. For without believing, without faith it is impossible to please God. So guard your heart, guard your Jesus by continually being in the word. Don't stop believing in the cross. That is what salvation and righteousness is all about. Christ Cruscified!!!!!!!

@nabanobamelisa9415; First and foremost the noise from worldly things tends to be louder than the good you want to do. You need to be strong in Faith to say no. My best is to understand what is tempting and avoid it until you are ready to say NO with self-conviction to stand for what you believe in.

Don’t be sad. You just have to understand the goodness of our God and how much He loves us. Do you know that He knew that we would sin against him, and He forgave you 2,000 years ago. At the cross? Don’t beat yourself up. He knows that our flesh is weak. Romans 7:15 - For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. Your business is to believe that He died on the cross for you, and acknowledged Him as the one who has the power to help you in all your weaknesses. All you have to do is enter His new covenant. A Covent of the word of God. Where you diligently read about him and renew your mind every day. God is still in the business of re-establishing His covenant with His people. Jeremiah 31:31 -34 Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah- 32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, [a]though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. 33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their [b]hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”
