I think I have this as well. I have pain on my whole left side. Hurts when I pee, it used to bleed when I peed. My left nut hurts the most it feels like I got kicked in the nuts and the pain shoots down my whole left leg up to my lower back. I have to limp and can't bend over to well when the pain is at its peak. I made an appointment at planned parenthood. I hope it goes away quickly and no surgery is needed. I heard the veins in the ballsack can get twisted up and need surgery. That would suck.

How is it for you now. I got the "cure" about a year ago. It still hurts just to masturbate, especially if I try to clinch and hold it in. Man we really have so many things in common, except I went to China 3 times. That way I can choose to either hold off on sleeping with him until after he's been cleared or use a condom with him. My body is really important to me and the bodies of those I care about are also really important. I cannot risk getting infected so I just ask for clear communication in order to decrease that risk. I know it can feel weird to talk about previous sexual encounters but this is your body, the thing that allows you to interact with life. It's more valuable than any material item. It's worth it to ask and stay informed on your partner's whereabouts. If she's a reasonable girl she'll understand and want to know about your sexual history too. Glad you were able to get treatment and that you're fine now :)
