In case where companies are not waiting for 90 days what possible you can do is start applying to jobs and give as much as interviews possible, once you get a hold and enough confidence you can put your resign without any hesitation and then it'll be easy for you to land up with multiple job offers !!

This is bound to happen and future is worst . Main reason is overpopulation and everyone getting into IT . Its like for 1 position there are 100 waiting for it . Saturation will be at its peak scary coming years seeing recent layoffs and recession
