Congratulations on the new position! I understand having those mixed feelings about a job you have loved for so long. I taught for 8 years in a K8 Catholic school, and I loved the students and staff. When I reached the point where there was no room for growth as a teacher, we started looking at areas closer to family. I ended up an amazing middle school teaching much more of what I want and having opportunities for growth professionally. May your new position bring great things to you!

Hi Kate! I am excited for you. I also moved up to be the Pre-Calculus and Calculus teacher this school year. So I anticipate seeing your journey and recommendations. There is not a college credit/calculus community of vlogging teacher on KZread. So glad you are the one to get inspiration from. Are you preparing anything prior to school starting?
