Why Hungary is so important for China | DW News

Chinese President Xi Jinping was in Hungary for the final stop of his five-day trip to Europe. He met with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest and said the two nations would begin a 'golden voyage' in bilateral relations. This may become true - but at the European Union's expense.

Hungarians are related to the Huns, scythians, avars. Vicinity of Buda (today capital of Hungary, Budapest) was the imperial seat of Atilla, emperor of the Western Hun Empire. The meaning of the name Buda in hungarian (Buddha in western culture) is (amongst others) the spiritual leader of the hungarian nation. At the same time Buda - as a person - was the co-ruler of Atilla, the secular ruler. Falcon (turul) was the emblem of the Yellow emperor of China (Huangdi, 皇帝), the emblem of the hun chin dynasty (Chin si Huang-ti), the emblem of the hungarian Árpád dynasty (turul clan). Not by chance. Evan in the 16th century, in the Székely Land (eastern most part of the Kingdom of Hungary), in rural areas it was quite common for public yeomans (deaks) to quote: our scyithian ancestors. Hungary was destroyed and looted in the 20th century several times. (I-IIWW, 1956, 1990). We don't need to be looted again. We need peace, connections to all nations. Peace be with you !

Do you know why China can occupy a big size of land in Asia equal to whole Europe and has so many different people to live peacefully? On the other hand, Europe has similar land size as China but Europe was divided to a few dozens country which fight frequently among themselves. The reason is Europe culture is not tolerant as China. For example If there is food they do not like, other people are not allowed to eat this food as well. One specific example: some minorities in China near Vietnam and Korea eat dog. So some people in Vietnam and Korea eat dog as well. It is some people’s culture in Asia. China as such a big country is more tolerant to different culture from different races and group of people. That is why different races of people in China get along and become one country. In Europe there is no tolerance. The difference also make Europe hostile towards each other. That is why world wars all start from Europe.

Orban has put his country and people first. I've been to Budapest and Western Europe recently and boy, I can tell you that Hungary has kept its demographics unlike any part of Western Europe that has completely changed to worse. Imagine paying taxes to all the unskilled and jobless illegal immigration that will never integrate? Or to millions of Ukrainian young men and women I've seen all over Western Europe? Inarguably, Washington is the major stumbling block to the harmonious coexistence of nation states, and the smooth flow of international trade. In order to stay as the global hegemon, Washington is doing all it could to artificially divide the world into two major blocs: those aligned to it, and those it portrays as adversaries. Unfortunately, members of the G7 are still living in the shadow of the United States - playing servile and allowing themselves to be manipulated and exploited. Absurd as it may, Washington is still latching on to the delusion that it can keep alive a unipolar global oder that allows it, and its vassals, to dominate and to impose their will on the rest of the world. The inconvenient truth is - the day where the United States and its vassals can go around bullying everybody has come to an end. The balance of power has started to tilt towards countries which are not aligned to Washington. For example, China’s economy stated in purchasing power parity, is already about 30% larger than that of the United States. To top that, being the world largest manufacturer and consumer, China has overtaken the latter as the world largest trading nation. “The United States - and its old allies - will continue to be a smaller part of the global whole, and this will constrain their ability to support and defend the liberal international order. Today this American-led era of liberal internationalism looks increasingly beleaguered. To bet on the future of the global liberal order is a little bit like a second marriage - a triumph of hope over experience,” John Ikenberry (who was attributed with inventing the grandiose term, liberal international order) appears to concede in his 2018 opinion piece.

Imagine if I go into a topic like Hebrew and Arabic being Semitic languages (words like Antisemitism, sounds familiar), that's not going to end well.

Herodotus writes about the royal scythians north of Greece, who actually look like the ancient Hungarians he doesnt write anything about the slavs. If you put down your shovel east of the Rhine a few thousand years old figurine comes out which tells a story form the Hungarian mythology. Some of our tribes like the Jasz people who live in Jasz Nagykun Szolnok county in present day Hungary, are even named there, they are the Massagets. Just before you slavs start, that you are aboriginal in Europe, and who belongs to where. Although I could ask the same about the Germans or the Anglo Saxons... We dont bring out these facts usually, because we are self confident enough not like your neophyte nations which werent around 300 years ago, but facts are facts.

That is incorrect! When a nations joins the EU-as everyone knows is a trade union-it’s accepts to follow the trade regulations set up as an agreement and compromise of all member nations (remember that every nation has a veto right for important decisions, even Hungary). If that isn’t in Hungary’s interest, it should leave the union (and end its net beneficiary status). Then it can do business with whomever it wants. But won’t be able to trade on other term than basic WTO rules. WTO also is about international agreements that regulates trade. And Hungary can obviously leave the UN too, if it believes those rules don’t allow it to do business with whomever it wants. And no, Germany can’t do business with whomever it wants. It must also adhere to WTO and EU agreements. Please learn about international trade, what WTO and the EU is about and what the actual benefits and costs are. And what is the actual benefits and costs of making this deal with China. And obviously this is about European security and if a communist empire controls important infrastructure. It is not about business.
