I met him while he was in Ocala Florida for that tax evasion. I was a busboy at a fancy restaurant he came to a couple times with his family. They made me guard his table because people kept trying to come over to take photos. He and his family were very nice, they stayed until we closed and thanked the staff and took the time to meet everyone

I agree. Any Blade movie without Wesley Snipes is a complete failure. Would we watch a Wolverine sequel moive w/o Hugh Jackman, an Ironman sequel w/o Robert Downey Jr., or John Wick sequel w/o Keanu Reeves??? I wish Wesley Snipes book (Talon of God) the best and hopes it creates a new avenue for him. He is too talented of an actor to be forgotten about. I think I will start a Hollywood boycott until names of individuals like Wesley Snipes and countless others are no longer in Hollywood's "little black book".

Hollywood barely acknownledged that movie because at that time, a movie with mostly Black cast would get snubbed....Blow and Traffic ...on the other hand, had mostly White actors and was about the same thing...The War on Drugs or Drug Dealers vs The Feds and Police...award nominations up the ying yang...the Oscars have went through guilt trip phases and now diversity is in because alot of Hollywood heavyweights are calling for it !

I find it interesting that while they're giving reasons why Hollywood won't cast him anymore, they've neglected to mention that Wes Snipes is one of the most diverse actors out there. In his career he has portrayed an a array of characters. He is ridiculously versatile. Check his resume: New Jack - To Wong Foo - US Marshals - Waiting To Exhale - One Night Stand. Come on!!! There is dimensions to this actor. Not many others can see that.

The only downside to M.J.W is he doesn't always do action movies but when he does he kills it. Look up, Blood & Bone, Skin trade, Falcon Rising, Undisputed 2 just to name a few.

I love the irony of his character in “the Expendables 3” they bust him out of an extreme maximum prison transfer out of the country and on the flight back to the states the guys ask what he was in for, he glares at the them and says “..tax evasion...” 😂😂😂😂😭😭👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 man... that was the best part of the movie for me! 😅

The thing is, Jim Carrey did the same thing when he was making that movie about Andy Kaufmann (forgot the name) and he did it to become that person for the movie. Could be the same reason snipes did it.

An all-time great actor. He has legendary performances under his belt.

Yes, Michael Jai is the real deal, but he is not as big as Wesley. He's never been huge. For whatever reason Hollywood never worked him as they should have. Majority of his works are straight to DVD films. I'm talking on an international mega super-star level. There's been none since Wesley. NONE! Till this day...

shawna jones First off, Vin Deisel doesn't even identify himself as black. He's race neutral, and so is the Rock. Michael Jai has never been as big as Wesley. Snipes was on Will Smith's level when it comes to action.
