Why Hard Ketones is the Best Alcohol Alternative
Get your 12-pack of Hard Ketones at michaelkummer.com/go/ketoneai...!
Hard Ketones is a delicious carbonated beverage that includes 12.5 grams of R 1,3 Butanediol (a non-ethanol alcohol) with zero grams of fat, protein or carbs. I’ve been using Hard Ketones for several months as a healthy alternative to regular alcohol.
Here 's why I love Hard Ketones:
- Tastes like real alcohol (because it is).
- 100% ethanol free.
- Raises blood ketone levels.
- Relatively clean ingredients.
- Suppresses your appetite.
- Has improved my HRV, recovery and sleep.
In this video, I’ll explain why I decided to ditch regular alcohol and stock my pantry and fridge with Hard Ketones instead. I’ll also share how leveraging exogenous ketones before going to bed has improved my heart rate variability, as well as my sleep and recovery.

Be careful with this stuff. Having had a history with 1,4 butanediol I am certain this stuff is addictive.

@@JordanMayjor3p7 Although 1,3 and 1,4 appear similar, they are entirely different animals. 1,3 is not addictive.

The way you talked about it was the way I talked about 1,4 verbatim. So be careful is all I have to say.

@@JordanMayjor3p7 1,4 metabolizes into gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), whereas 1,3 metabolizes into β-hydroxybutyrate (BHB)-two entirely different chemicals. The latter has been extensively studied for decades without any indication of being addictive.

@@MichaelKummer All I know is when you start playing around with your endogenous GABA system it can be really rough when you stop. Phenibut wasn't supposed to be addictive either, but it is and SSRIs were out for several years before they let on that they had withdrawal symptoms when you stopped them abruptly. The effects seem very much in line with a lot of GABAerics. I am sure you would have to do it daily to get hooked, but as long as you aren't doing it every day you will probably be alright.
I'm fascinated by how large and enduring this campaign is. Someone is reeaaally invested in this stuff.

Yeah, it's fair to say I like the product.
Can this be purchased in Canada - shipping is really expensive

No idea but knowing how painful it is to ship stuff into Canada, I'd say no :)
Kava kava traditionally made or f-phenibut is cheaper.

What happens if you drink a few of these? Then go to a concert or something where you buy a couple beers

That depends a bit on how you metabolize the 1,3 butanediol in those drinks. Some people feel a mild buzz while other's just feel super relaxed (me). Of course, if you consume real alcohol (ethanol) as well, you'll feel the full impact of both combined and your liver will have to work harder to metabolize both.

Will not work because the tests that exist today was not design to test for butanediol.

It doesn't get me messed up if you're referring to being intoxicated. Some people claim it gives them a real buzz but I never experienced that. I feel like I would after a glass of wine (which is the feeling I'm after).
