    Nutrition facts being based on a 2,000 calorie diet had me thinking 2k calories was the threshold for years 🤦🏻‍♂️

    The biggest challenge for many men is not having the cash to allocate towards proper nutrition in order to be able to consume thouasands of calories everyday. If i didnt hqve to live frugally id be a beast in no time

    When skinny ppl think eating a pizza is a lot. If i go surplus i eat 3 whole meals a day. Thats over 2500 calories already and then there is snacks, drinks etc. It is not hard guys to eat more. U dont need appetite to eat. U need an inner clock that forces u to eat. Whether u like it or not.

    No It's not hard, but always making sure you keeping groceries in house to maintain those calories is hard, especially when you run out of food.

    This is a NON answer. I’m an actually hard gainer who got jacked over years. 3,200 is NOT enough for hard gainers! If that’s enough, you are not a hard gainer. If you are a skinny guy wanting to build muscle you realistically will have to eat 4,000 or 5,000 calories a day for many months or years at a time. Try to stay away from junk food and you’ll realize this can be a challenge but is possible with extreme effort.

    Dude im i a hard gainer im 5'5 135lb i lost weigjt very fast if i dont eat alot and every site calculator says eat 2,500-3,000 and i only maintaine my weight with 2,500-3,000 cals

    Absolutely true, I’ve been stuck at 191 lb for 6 months now , up to 4000 calories / day as of the past few weeks and the scale still won’t move.

    I verified for 2 weeks straight that I was eating in excess of 4,000 calories a day...and still couldn't gain. I LOST weight...tapeworm? Medical health issues? I refuse to believe my metabolism is that fast...

    Sometimes I just eat food and it disappears. The reason is because I don't poo as much as other people do. I'm starting to think that I just have great genetics with a horrible work ethic

    If i am 165 lbs it says i need to eat 2000=-2500 calories to gain weight. I have been eating 2500 daily and not gaining much weight

    It took me a year to gain 10kg with eating a lot of food. Most people it takes 3 months . Us hard gainers just gain weight extremely slowely

    Carbs are what you prioritize for weight. Protein is just so that you skip a step without having to then focus on getting the right amount of protein after you've gained weight. I just described a dirty bulk vs a healthy bulk

    I eat 7 k calories per day and I do not break past 186 (I am in professional swimming and bodybuilding ( swimming takes lots of carbs/calories )

    Calorie deficit 1600-2000 Calorie maintenance 2000-2700 Calorie Surplus 2700-3300 Of course these numbers vary from person to person

    Idk I probably drink that many calories and I definitely eat food too that’s high in calories…. Tons of desserts and junk food……. 6”2’ 165 for life…. Although I’m trying a cycle so maybe not.
