White grape juice is made from Niagara Grapes, which are a type of table grapes, just not as common, and it has a taste a lot closer to table grapes! Get a seltzer machine, and you probably have the closest thing to a table grape soda

The reason they aren't usually eaten like table grapes is moreso because of the thick skin and usually large seeds, but the flavor is strong and tangier than tables. Most people I know in the states don't like them. We have a (very) old vine behind our house that I've been trying to reclaim for the past couple years and this year it actually produced viable grapes! My mom won't touch what i harvested because of what I mentioned, but juice them? They're great, would make a wonderful jelly, and are frankly very sweet and refreshing.

Concord grapes are what we eat the most here 😂

There's actually a grocer that kept Concord Grapes in stock on occasion. It's a Fun thing to show to friends, even great to show to guests.

I've personally have had concord grapes and besides having a handful of seeds, they are like nature's jolly ranchers. Packed full of flavor, tang and a good sweetness that does not overwhelm the senses.

Or more simple, all fruits have like 700 flavour compounds, meanwhile artificial products just have one of them 100x stronger.

What's funky about the taste of Concord grapes? The reason is that concord grapes are not great for eating. They're kind of chewy. However, conquered grapes are great for making wine or grape juice and have a great flavor. So they take that flavor for artificial grape flavor but we don't usually eat them

As someone that has only eaten Concord Grapes and never in my life eaten Table Grapes, I can say, that it still tastes funky.
