First the serpent was a harmless animal. There was an angel that was to watch over them that turned bad and used the innocent serpent. God did not know what would happen because he did not look into the future. God gave Adam and Eve free will to choose. Satan merely persuaded them to chose contrary to the will of God.

It’s called FREEWILL. It’s in the Bible. Even today, people have to CHOOSE LIFE, choose to allow JESUS into their hearts and repent for their sins. Adam and Eve were no different. They had to make a choice. They made a bad choice. As we ALL DO EVERYDAY. And they repented for their sins. Then Jesus said HE will DIE on the cross for us instead of allow all of us to go to hell after death.

Why the serpent was given access to Eve if God knew of the impending disaster? Or the serpent (devil? satan?) more powerful or smarter than God ?

What is love if it's not sacrifice? And what is sacrifice if there is no loss? And what is loss if there is no choice? Love is something we choose to do no matter the cost, and this is why a man loves God only as much as he loves his worst enemy. Had God have left us in Edin whereby we then did eat of the tree of life, our sin would be as the devil's, eternal. God tempts no one for temptation is to desire disobedience. We were created to be in fellowship with God, to desire God above all things, to be like minded in word & deed, to fulfill the image that we were made in through the process of relationship. The serpent was to counter offer, to become like God, yet not like God but as God, to be a god knowing good & evil as Satan himself so desired. Pride in self instead of glory in God, for where mercy triumphs over judgement, mercy can never supersede God's immeasurable holiness. We could not be told, we chose not to listen so God showed us. Doing what we want is easy but how can we have self-control without resistance? Though Satan made the choice to rebel God is sovereign and the serpent is a necessary vessel for dishonour, that God shall be honoured by those who choose His Word over their own empty words.

Freewill and Faith. God have given Freewill and have Faith for mankind there for mankind need to have faith in God. God is the creator/architecture and design/ God's plan is incomplete. My first thought was free will tbh

To add to that I would say theoretically that the serpent, whether we believe it to be a snake or some other creature, was found in the tree in which Eve found delightful to the eye; the very tree she was forbidden to take from. Since there were no carnivores Before the Flood, it could be deduced that this creature partook of the tree before Adam and Eve, and knew death was imminent, so rather than face that fate alone, it selfishly tricked Eve into doing the same. I also noticed that it wasn't until Adam also took of the fruit that they both realized that they were naked and became ashamed. This is a very powerful lesson, especially to us men; don't ever allow your woman to pick the place to eat!

One more thing; it also could be said that without sin, we would not have the relationship that we do with God right now, which envelopes the idea behind free choice.

Here's the truth: The sin in the garden of eden was the purpose of God!! It was always the pleasure of God The Father to manifest himself in the flesh in Christ Jesus. God always wanted to be part of his creation as a man . This is why God created man in his image and likeness (So that he could final come out). But how was he gona come out if man never sinned? If sin wasn't for his purpose, why then did he create us insufficient? Why did christ die for us before the foundation of the earth? Who sinned before the foundation of this earth?....... It's only unfortunate for satan, his angels and those who reject salvation. God is salvation, the ultimate plan of God was salvation from the beginning. If only Satan knew this he could have never sinned!! Very sad for the human beings who reject Christ because that God is Chrst.

Not exactly. The reason that he was allowed in the garden is that he was an "Anointed Guardian Cherub" (Ezekiel 28:14). The same verse says that God placed him in Eden. He most likely had some kind of job there, and sinned by tempting Adam and Eve.

This narrator is confusing. I truly believe the snake was allowed there to test the will of man and Eve was there to draw out the truth between will he or will he not take he focus away from God's warnings. Free will is our choice to test us in difficult times. It's recorded and logged away in every milestone of our journey. If we are not given this what's the purpose to prove once it's over that we deserve to rule or move on closer to the presence of God. It can't be that easy living this journey and never face challenges to test our will. I could be wrong but place yourself in a God like position. Who gets to live in your glory of not proven his or her worth in trusted position in your glory. The gift of will has a heavy impact on us forward, just a thought.

But did God predicted that Adam and Eve would eat the forbidden fruit? So whats the sense of warning from him.

Cus he wanted to teach the angels to ne humble and serve a fragile being like human, Satan failed, and he allows all this that he don't force nobody to his love who's wants to come to him will do by his own will... He has proven that he's the only God, God of love, giving even his son for us... But time it's over it's time for Satan to pay and those who don't believe to, cus we was meant to be kings on earth and God on the skies, but we fall, now we can only live in paradise with Jesus and God like one unified humanity finally...

He found out later and expelled Adamu and his wife because their spiritual awareness would have infected the other slaves. This information can be found in several ANCIENT (much older than the bible) texts,tablets and scrolls mainly out of Sumerian and Babylonian cultures. Many many other cultures have these stories as well though.

After much research and lots of prayers to understand Eden. The fruit Eve had was sex with Satan. Adam also enjoyed the sex with Satan. The story is too complex to explain. Sodden and gomorrah were despicable acts along with murder. Sin entered the world through Adam and Eves sin was consummation with Satan. He was the tree of death along with the tree of life in the garden. To choose sin is death, to choose life is obedience.

God did NOT allow the snake into Eden. The snake sneaked into it. That's what they do! Snakes sneak!
