Rwanda is green and safest because it disposes all it's cabbage into Uganda 🇺🇬 I mean all it's poor people to Uganda and leave only those with middle and high class earning that's why you call it more developing country yet Uganda is suffering with their arrogant poor rwandese, God save our mother land.
