    Well, if the # of public companies has been reduced by 40% then it stands to reason that shareholder returns would be in decline. Less M&A activity is possible to churn out returns, and the C-Level doesn't want to relinquish andy of their *"legally obligated entitlements"*. The world economy has moved from speculation to pure Ponzi on a macro scale #Consolidation #GlobalCommunism
