How in the hell did he forget to mention Superman (1978)? Christopher Nolan Reeve is the first superhero movie to soar high and it's setting was in New York City. Especially when the Twin Towers were present.

New York City 😁😁😁😁!!! Living in New York from 1.5 years, NYC still has the hyperactive and positive good vibes, visited manhattan 5 times and never got bored 😌

NYC is iconic in many ways!

Born in Manhattan, as a independent filmmaker all my films have the city as a backdrop.

...Batman lives in Gotham, not New York. Some of the "Dark Knight Trilogy" footage used New York as a background so that the city would have skyscrapers and stuff, but it is unwise to say that New York is "Home base to Batman".

I have been to NYC twice...in 1966 and 1967...its interesting..lots of historical sites... I live 8 miles from Hollywood and to be honest I could care less about either place. I hate both places and if I was young again I would live in a small town ..on West Coast In Oregon.

One of the greatest movies of all time, “Vertigo” (1958, directed by Alfred Hitchcock, starring Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak) was filmed in San Francisco! It looks really beautiful in the movie and I want to go there now!
