This wasn't a traffic stop where an officer makes a judgement call on their own. In situations like this, most departments work like the military, they take orders from their chain of command, and it's not individual freedom to do what you want. Some were cowards on camera & hid as we saw, but most were following orders. You can't fire them all for that. The leaders who were making the fatallly flawed decisions need identified & held accountable.

This hurts me as a parent. I haven't healed from this tragedy. Every time i think about the children involved my heart hurts 💔 😪 . My condolences and hugs to the parents.

Humanity has been lost theres a bond with everyone who was lost that day, and "moving on" isnt possible. I understand why these parents continue to fight. Those officers failed and there hasnt been any accountability. They wont forget this easily and we must stand with their pain and their goals to make their community better.

And the unlocked/damage school door was not a factor, but a teacher did go out to to get a sandwich, a short cut to the parking lot.

So what happened to the teacher who went out from the exterior door to get her sandwich from the parking lot.

It’s disgusting but to many gun owners they view mass shooters as a version of the second amendment and therefore they vilify the victims
