What this woman is saying is that we all need to grow as human beings emotionally and spiritually. There is many ways to do that, you may not specifically need therapy, not medication.

A psychologist will always say you need therapy, A doctor will always tell you to do a checkup, A teacher/educational institute will always tell you to get education. If you didn't get it by now you'll never get it.

As an Internal Medicine physician in the USA, I STRONGLY OBJECT to the statement "Everyone Needs Therapy." If I said that to my healthy happy patients, they would likely never return to me ever again. I just don't understand this doom and gloom. I guess it started with the Buddha 2500 years ago who stated that "Life is Dukkha." It is that statement that is pathetic. And going to the buddha's next statement, that Dukkha arises from Thrishna, or "Thirst," translated as "Craving." That is a stupid statement as well. Over 5000 people just died two days ago, and countless people homeless and injured, in Turkey from an earthquake. What exactly did those people "Crave" to have suffered so badly, huh? Let us send an army of psychologists to Turkey. Sheeesh.

Don’t agree… teach people to be kind and good and not be selfish in any degree… altering originality and making all clones of self centric vision is of no good … let one learn to expect less in return and thats it … no one is and can be happy 24 by 7 so a bit up and low is okay

Mh... I am so sorry, I am a huge fan of this podcasts and channel, but to me this guest was not really a wise woman. In India there are tones of techniques and wisdom to deal with health, stress, etc. Yet this woman is talking positively about western medication, which is indeed bullshit, pharmaceutical industry makes big profit out of it, it does get people addicted and it shoots down their spiritual progress. I have seen people in my own family had their life destroyed by those medication and become zombies. I don't see what good knowledge is this woman bringing sorry. Talking therapy, yes awsome. Other things, unless you literally had completely lost your mind and are a danger to you or others, NO.
