Well hey, some people still like that city vibe! There are some real nice neighborhoods in Detroit along with a nice downtown. Sure it still needs a bit of work!
The jobs are poor, everyone is poor, and it is cold. Not worth the struggle. Michigan would be cool with 120K plus, but other than that; no.

Thanks for watching! I’m not sure you watched the whole thing? Correct, Detroit is Detroit, just like Houston is Houston. Birmingham is just another metropolitan city.
