@@letsgetitthen4507 Dude, Norvell had nothing to do with telling JT to slide, WTF are you talking about?!? Obviously you haven't played the game cuz in that moment the way JT ended that play was completely up to him not Norvell...duuhhh🤷🏽‍♂️ Seriously man, think before you speak! What a QB does on a play like that where he has to scramble to extend the play and eventually just take off cuz the field was wide open for him at the time to pickup plenty of yards was totally JT's call to slide or go head first. Don't forget the way JT got tackled is about to be banned in the NFL this season and then college is next. It's called the hip drop tackle which is seriously dangerous as we all saw with what happen to J Trav and a ton of other players in the league and in college so to blame that particular play in the way JT should've went down on Norvell has got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard and I know absolutely everybody would agree with me on that. That was totally up to JT at that point how he wanted to finish that play especially with momentum and adrenaline pumping at the time, not Norvell! I think JT is smart enough to know when to slide and when not to and again it was the way he got tackled that is now being banned. Seriously dude, get a clue especially if you don't understand the game! WTF are you talking about?!? 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤔🤔😂😂

I can promise you Norvell has told him multiple times to slide but if you know anything about J Trav he would rather get hit and make a play than slide, he never slides or don't you watch enough FSU football. Norvell is on the highest level of coaching, wonder why Bama wanted him so bad?? Dude, just quit talking you don't have a MF clue about football seriously! 😂😂

EVERYONE on FSU’s schedule will play them tough. This year’s schedule will not be a cakewalk. We will have to battle teams who feel like we’re imploding the conference, there is a lot of pride for that. With many seasoned QB’s, our schedule is tougher than people think.

With a 12 team playoff, FSU can certainly be in the playoffs 11 out of 12 years. Bowden had 14 top 5 finishes. Really good coaches can get that kind of consistency.

Oh hell yeah! Considering Mike's first year was the COVID year and then beginning the process of bringing his players in years two and three, this will be the first season that it's fully Mike's team, we most certainly can rip off 10 to 12 years consecutively. Particularly when our high school recruiting will be in the top 10 to top five consistently.

'This is not the same team without Jordan Travis' seems to still be the outside view of the team even though nobody would ever admit we were good when we had him... On top of that DJ isn't thought of very highly which I genuinely don't understand. Imo his floor is very solid and his ceiling is very good.

Well I don't know who you are watching or listening to but just about every national media person I have seen talk about DJ all give him props for being a good to decent quarterback. Many have said this will probably be his best year because of the coaching he will receive. Now they certainly are not calling him elite but, he doesn't have to be. With the stable of running backs that we have this year the running game is going to be the focus with long shots down the field in play action. 😃 Go Noles!

We had a lot of slow starts in the first half (unfortunately also one where JT got injured) and went crazy after half-time. DJ had the opposite problem where he had fast starts and bad in 4th. Could be a very different season 😂Hopefully Norvell gets him in check and we have complete games

@@RideTheSkies you should check out what Norvale did with Brady White at Memphis. I think Dj is going to surprise a lot of people this year I noticed Mike Norville Taylor, the offensive scheme to Jordan Travis‘s skill set and I think he would do the same for Dj. Not to mention Tony tokarz is very slept on as a QB developer, we literally have a quarterback whisperer on the coaching staff for example, I noticed the leap Brock Glenn took from the time he started in the ACC championship game in his first ever start as a college quarterback, true freshman by the way to the time he started in the Orange bowl game now we weren’t able to do much against that elite Georgia defense Brock Glenn made some throw in that game that had Jesse Palmer, gushing and singing his praises. He seemed to be thoroughly impressed with Glenn. so I honestly am not worried as much as some people is about Dj. He actually didn’t do too bad at Clemson and he looked OK at Oregon State so I think that experience at both schools plus what Mike Norville and his coaching staff seems to do with quarterbacks will serve Dj well and his final year of college football.

The head coach at SMU was the offensive coordinator under Manny Diaz at Miami. He was the guy that had Tyler Van Dyke looking like a Heisman Trophy candidate until Mario got there lol SMU is a nice football team. They play some good football. I’ve watched their games since Lashley got there, so they will be a tough team, but I think Florida State can get the W as long as the team stays focused and doesn’t sleep on this team.

I love watching your videos and hearing the disrespect against the Gators. Not that it hasn't been deserved from past years. But this year will be nothing like past years and it will be so satisfying to hear you eat your words at the end of the season, if you would even have the balls to admit you were wrong about Napier and the Gators. Miami will also be a better team this year than last, while FSU will NOT be as good as they were last year. FSU will end with no better than a 9-3 record and I predict 2 of those losses will be to UF & Miami. I may change my tune if we lose to Miami on day 1, LOL. But still, FSU will not win the state this year.

Hey, both of those games are rivalry games so I’m not gonna say with 100% certainty that you’re wrong but I will say this I’ve heard this from hurricanes fans for the past three years now four years and I’ve heard it from the gators fans for the past two years now going on three years I think people are taking a lopsided view on Florida State because we lost so much talent to the NFL draft but I also think people are underestimating what Florida State will be as a team this year everybody is 100% discounting the fact that Mike Norvell has reloaded in the transfer portal with talent from other top-tier programs Such as Georgia and Alabama and even sprinkled some players in there from Florida And what’s even more crazier to me after we had one of the top defenses in the country last year, nobody’s talking about the defense as much as they want Florida State to be bad this year I think that defense is gonna come out and shock people by picking up right where they left off last year I think Marvin Jones Junior is going to be almost as good as Jared verse and Patrick Payton is a defensive end. That’s just slept on. The thing for me is if Florida State comes out swinging and win at least 10 or 11 games what’s gonna be everybody’s argument then because there’s so much that people are discounting they’re discounting Mike Norville as a play collar immediately he’s one of the best players coaching the game right now, I don’t think very many coaches of other football programs evaluates transfer portal players better than him and they’ve got some recruits that came in as freshman last year and the year before that should be taking a major step forward this year as well not to mention people always tend to overlook special teams, and think it’s only up to the offense and the defense to win ball games might Norville had one of the best special teams units in the country last year And his special teams probably spot for Florida State when he first got there and took the job and everything else hadn’t started to click yet and my final point is this the man is a running backs guru what he does with the running backs is unparalleled check out what he did with running backs when he was out of school like Memphis with less Resources.
