This will work, Mark my words. Chelsea are blessed when there is an Italian managing the team. Vialli, DiMatteo, Ancelotti, Conte, Sarri all winning trophies. And if Maresca is able to replicate atleast 50% of the play what Man city plays under Pep we will be good.

While for viewing purpose I think it is a down grade from Poch. I do think Maresca is an upgrade in making us a lot more solid and adhesive in transitions and decision making. It will be boring to someone like me who loves being on the edge of one’s seat, and a person who loves details but hates repetitive patterns. Like comparing a Pep team to a Jurgen team. Pep is like watching the same movie over and over again. Jurgen is like watching a new suspense film every time they play. Pep teams only allow 1 or 2 players to show personality, while Klopp’s team everyone is allowed. In conclusion Jurgen (Poch) more entertaining. Pep (Maresca) win things. Hopefully Maresca wins things.
