Why Elbit Systems' PULS Rocket Artillery Is Gaining Global Popularity

Ойын-сауық

In May 2023, the Netherlands announced its intention to reintroduce a long-range rocket artillery system, a capability previously retired in the 2000s. Departing from the path of many NATO allies, the Dutch armed forces have chosen the Israeli-manufactured Precise and Universal Launch System over the US-made HIMARS, which gained international prominence during its deployment in Ukraine.
In July 2023, the PULS rocket artillery system was again chosen by an undisclosed international customer, further solidifying its growing reputation.
So, in this video, we're taking an in-depth look at the Precise and Universal Launch System and its capabilities to understand its growing appeal among multiple nations in recent times.

Great system! I think it’s biggest advantage is that you can put it on almost on every transport platform therefore it can be “ fitted “ for the terrain your country has unlike the himars and ml270

M270 as a tracked vehicle is pretty good at varied terrain. For wheeled weapon platforms it of course is an advantage if you could use the same vehicles as the rest of your military for more streamlined logistics and ease of maintenance.

Open architecture is really a giant plus when it comes to third countries exporting to the EU since it will look towards reducing it's dependance on third countries as much as possible.
