“You might beat my azz, but I’m taking your eye with me.” That’s straight up NYCG! Best of health to all and stay safe.

I love how we have people like Eddie Kingston, a veteran who isn't bitter, he's been through a long career and yet he's so damn down to earth and honestly seems like a dude who'd be great to just chill out and shoot the shit with, not even about wrestling, just about anything. It didn't feel like a 50 minute interview because Eddie is so fucking captivating.

Dude, his Impact promos are nothing. This guy has been killing it on the mic for decades. Some of his early Chikara promos are amongst my all time fav.

God, the way he talks about wrestling, you can feel it in your soul. He really loves what he does. I’m so glad he’s getting a chance in AEW.

Eddie BELONGS in AEW. He's a perfect representation of that "not-your-normal-wrestling" personality that feels so damn right, like Omega, Page, DDP, Darby and others. Reunite LAX under a new name, or put Eddie in the Inner Circle!!! He'd be GOLD!

Eddie Kingston is a great guy! He wrestles for AIW here in Cleveland, and always puts on a hell of a performance, and everyone loves him! Hes approachable, funny as hell, and a hell of a worker! Eddie Kingston is one of the best promos out there these days. MLW should book him for some shows. Hell, throw him in Contra. He and Josef Samael could bury any opponent just with promos.

I first became aware of Eddie Kingston back when he was a member of Blackout in CZW and he's always struck me as being one of the most down to earth guys your likely to meet so I've really enjoyed the video hope he has continued sucess as he is one guy that truly deserves it.

The realist in the business and a great promo, not too many wrestlers can make you tear up with a promo but Eddie Kingston is not one of em. He cuts a hell of a promo and you can feel every word!! Keep it up man, love from Columbus Ohio!!

I honestly only found out about him on NWA Powerrr and man I love his intensity and mic talk. His in ring is awesome too, so fun to watch. Wish I knew him earlier. Chris you're still the best too. Always a good interview.

@Bryan Norton If you ever get the chance, look oup Kingston's TNA stuff too. Especially the stuff involving the OGs, aka the original LAX, and the LAX of Santana and Ortiz.

I’m here after his AEW appearance and I’m even more impressed by this guy after watching his promos and this interview. Dude is so fucking genuine and real. I hadn’t heard of this guy prior to this week and it’s a damn shame.

He is so self depricating. I can relate, it seems we both need to work on our feelings of self worth. I really like hearing this guy talk.
