In this video about hyperbaric chamber benefits we're going to discuss a question we often hear: Why does hyperbaric oxygen therapy work?
We've done a lot of videos on hyperbaric chamber benefits and all the different things that hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can help with, especially when using hyperbaric therapy over periods of time.
But we haven't discussed specifically WHY hyperbaric oxygen therapy works and how important breathing is. Obviously we need to breathe to get oxygen, but in this video I'd like to go deeper into the process so we fully understand why we breathe and how we deliver oxygen to our cells.

I wonder which health supplements can help to complement HBOT therapy? Perhaps supplements like Nicotinamide Riboside (NR), or Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN)?* 🤔

Absolutely those are on the list, maybe molecular hydrogen, glutathione and or methylene blue.... all possibilities depending on the goal of course

@@manofsan certain cardiac patients yes. Late stage cardiac patients with low ejection fraction (
Haven’t really seen anybody discuss the required sessions for different treatments

We have a few overview videos on that.... we can make more if that is helpful for you.. The ranges of protocols are very wide. Equipment variations including the amount of pressure, the percentage of oxygen and the frequency /duration of sessions mixed with whatever the health goals or concerns we are trying to help with makes that concept difficult to cover in a simple video.

Is it true that 1.3 pressure is not high enough to kill viruses and bacteria-- that it can actually activate them more? Have heard that 1 5 minimum is needed to kill the viruses and bacteria. ?
