In elementary school i used to press my pencil REALLY hard when i wrote something Then in middle school i started drawing and i pushed myself to draw lightly and now i dont push my pencil that hard And i thank drawing for that❤ And you too 😘

I’d recommend minute figure drawings, you can start with more time and work down but it helped me draw bodies slightly better!

The side of the face where you were shading is called the temple. This tutorial really helped me out! Love your videos💜💜!

I already do all these steps myself, expect for one, the squared head, I’ve seen people use them other than circles, but circles prevented me from learning different head angles and such and I haven’t tried the square method, but there’s another alternative! The oval! The problem with the circle is sometimes it’s too small or big, the oval is perfect! I highly recommend and I learned this tip from another artist here on YT called Talart.

I like your drawings! I personally believe that the backbone to all great artwork is definitely perspective, and to pay attention to the three dimensions. You will have to take note of different lines and How they place with eachother, thus having to introduce sharing for an effect closer to reality. Your sketches are a perfect example of this.

I just have to say, this has been the most informative video I have found on my journey through youtube university as far as sketching/drawing goes. After watching this video I have been able to get so many of my visions down on paper and my sketches have taken leaps and bounds as far as improvement goes. I absolutely felt it necessary to let you know how inspiring you have been in my artistic journey and I find so much joy in your videos! Thank you for sharing your gift, a true fan of wiff waffles. Speaking of waffles...there should be an emoji?!

I really appreciate that last bit where you show us what a drawing without following your steps would look like. It reminded me that I need to be patient and build upon layers instead of expecting immediate perfection

why and how are u so talented I’ve started watching you videos, it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve gotten so much better at sketching, shading etc. all of my friends have been noticing my progress, so thank you for encouraging me to pick the pencil up and not give up. I’ve been really hopeless my drawing has been getting worse and worse I decided to give up and just go with reading after a couple of months, I started watching your videos and I’ve been getting better and better everyday. your style is easier at drawing. I just wanna thank you so so so much for inspiring me and preventing me from giving up and not only that, your videos give me joy and happiness. I’m currently 13. my drawing is very bad for my age. I hope I could more and more better faster. I’ve got a couple requests:- • make a video of a tutorial “how to draw eyes *for beginners* • how to shade with coloured pencils • how to draw button noses • how to colour pink cheeks and noses i really hope you read this. luv, mar 🌤

marieah I’m not Waffles but, I hope you fell better about your drawings! I would try to help but I’m not good at explaining and I don’t know Rins way of drawing. I personally draw animals not really people cause’ I’m kinda bad at them.... plus I have a KZread channel that I might post tutorials on how to draw dragon eyes, animals eta.
