I usually feel like am falling whiles walking and I don't really know why , I also feel dizzy and difficult to move my eyes.

I am 73 I have had a mild case of MS for over 25 years Most recently however I am having severe vertigo Plus I have osteoporosis so I don’t want to fall and risk breaking a bone. Here is my question: do nerves in the ear sometimes causes vertigo?

I have been losing my balance, especially over the last year or so, and I have fallen in my flat (Apartment) a few times. I have now got so bad, I am unable to walk without a stick. But, unusually, I find my balance is better when I have had a drink (Alcohol) is this a problem, or am I drinking to much. Your comments would be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks.
