Me and hubby both have struggled...We had the audacity to think we could 'bond' over it until it wasn't enough for hubby😓I pray continuously for him and his deliverance and would appreciate others!

Hey! I wanted to reach out. Not sure if your husband still struggles (it sounds like you have overcome, and praise God for that!), but I pray he finds strength in the Lord. Ultimately what changed it for me, having been in the same boat for an embarrassing amount of time, I would encourage him with this: flee from sexual sin! And I mean that in a literal sense and a mental sense. Forsake everything for the Lord, He cares for you and He will take care of you. If the phone is a stumbling block, get rid of it or restrict it with a password that only someone else but him knows. Ultimately, love the Lord! Pray God will give him a love for that which is holy. As I have found myself longing for righteousness and loving the things of God, finding His goodness in every aspect of life, even the most small things, and giving God thankfulness for everything I have, and even thanking Him for everything I don’t have since it has made me reliant on Him. These things are what helped me, and there’s so much more. Satan would try to have us believe that we cannot overcome, but Jesus already defeated him and we are free! Why should we let the defeated one convince us that he’s got us trapped, when the Spirit of the living God surrounds us? No reason at all, other than to believe the devil’s lies! Cast all your cares on the Lord, because He cares for you!!
