For sure! I see way too many people saying car washes are truly passive income and that's...not quite true haha
Hey Tyler, good stuff man! So if car washes are so good, why do I see so many abandoned, shut down. There are 4 right here in my city that are closed, 2 really nice properties, 2 need a little work. You can hear residents talking about how they wish they were open. We have one automatic wash in town. However there are a lot of people and commercial companies that want a do it yourself wash including me. Your thoughts on this?
