Wow! Baruch HaShem! What a sweet caller, and how sincerely does he show his gratefulness to HaShem, the G-d of Israel, and to you of course, Rabbi. It's just so obvious that he is the example of one HaShem truly loves and holds so dear to Him. Look at the timing! We are getting ready to see the Greatness of HaShem our G-d, happening before our eyes right on the streets of Yerushalayim. Many will think this is bad and it may even look horrific, but don't be dismayed, it's all good. Blessed be the Name of HaShem for all eternity. Much obliged to our dear Host Wil'Liam, who is also held very close and dearly. Trust HaShem and you shall be saved!

@Yehonatan613 yes that's all correct but as you know the messiah is to come and save us and this is what jesus done, for as all the sins were placed on the animal sacrifices to cover sins, why did not they be spared for it was a type till christ came as the blood of bulls and goats could not take away our sins, God can forgive as you see jesus doing this to sinners who came to him, as he was to pay the price to be able to free us, for a just God has to judge, so he made a way where there was no way that he would take our punishment, this freeing us and still judged all sin,

@@Adam-zn9yhso you disagree with what is written in Tanakh. HaShem says He is kind, merciful, FORGIVING, compassionate. Also, if we draw near to Him, NOT JC, He will draw near to us. What do people think JC saves them from? They say "sin", but sin is not an entity that forces us to do anything. Sin is our own choices and decisions to live contrary to and disobey HaShem's laws. They also say "from the devil/Satan", but neither the Satan, nor any entity can make us do anything against our will (our choices and desires) . The Satan cannot do anything without HaShem's permission, so what JC then actually saves people from is HaShem and HaShem's laws and ways.

Those who lived by the laws will be judged for righteousness according to the laws. Deu 6:25 "And it shall be righteousness unto us, if we observe to do all this commandment before HaShem our G-d, as He hath commanded us.' Jer 33:15 "In those days, and at that time, will I cause a shoot of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land." The benefits and curses were in Deu 28 and Lev 26 Repentance had been there all along and still the blood of goats and bull were needed when the temple was standing. So, if one sinned, does prayer of repentance alone overrule Deu 28:15-68, Lev 26:14-39? If so, those verses would become ineffective.

The last time I checked, the truth never changes no matter how it's sent or who writes it or repeats it. The only diminishing that takes place is what we do with the unadulterated truth after we have received it.

Rambam explains that we do not believe in Moses as a prophet because of the miracles he performed, since a prediction and a sign could be accomplished through sorcery, and thus it could be doubted. Rather, we believe in Moses and God's true Torah - against which there will never be a real challenge - based on the true testimony of what the entire Israelite nation saw and heard at God's giving of the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. They all witnessed with absolute surety that Moses heard his prophecies directly as the open speech of God, and that God gave Moses the Torah from Heaven.

@@segirinyahenry8553 The miracles that God performed through Moses, as recorded in the Torah, were not intended to serve as undeniable proof of the legitimacy of his prophecy. Rather, each one was performed to accomplish a purpose that was needed at that point in time. For example, when it was necessary to save the Israelites by drowning the Egyptian army, the sea split for Moses, and after the Israelites passed through on dry land, the Egyptians followed, and God returned the sea upon them. When the Israelites needed water, Moses struck the rock, and it provided a continuously flowing spring of water. When Korach, Dathan and Abiram mutinied against Moses, he called upon God for the earth to open its mouth and swallow them. The same applies to all the other miracles that God performed through Moses.

However, there has never been a lack of sinful behavior among Christians. The author of 1 John wrote: “If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us” (1 John 1:8). What is more, even when they supposedly receive forgiveness for their sins (1 John 1:8) there is no guarantee that they will not repeat the sin (cf. 1 John 3:8-9). Jesus simply did not bring about deliverance from the power of Satan for his followers. Paul admits as much when he says: “For we wanted to come to you, even I, Paul, once and a second time, but Satan hindered us” (1 Thessalonians 2:18). Yahweh spoke to Moses through the Angel. 👇 Exodus 3:2-3 [2]And the Angel of Yahweh appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a thorn-bush: and he looked, and behold, the thorn-bush burned with fire, and the thorn-bush was not being consumed. The BoJ is a retelling of Genesis and Exodus through the plagues. The BoJ also references 1 Enoch as do several New Testament books. Based on the number of copies at Qumran, it seems BoJ and Enoch were held in high regard by that apocryphal community.

Deut 33:2 and Ps68:17 should help understand why Paul who knew the Torah better than anyone states it was given through angels. He was also very knowledgeable about the intertestamental literature. Read Jubilees 1:27-29, Moses receives the law from an angelic mediator. Philo of Alexandria in his work “On the Life of Moses,” Philo writes about the giving of the Law through the mediation of angels. Later Rabbinic writings also reflect this belief. For example, in Tractate Makkot 24a, it is mentioned that the Law was given by angels.

Paul mistranslated and butchered the law and the prophet's. Paul contradicts Jesus and teaches apostacy of Moses. Paul is called the synagogue of Satan and a false apostle by Jesus. John called Paul antichrist. Paul is a high priest of the Phillipi apollo cult turning Jesus into Dionysus. Paul even quoted Dionysus from a Greek play and attributed it to Jesus. The problem with Paul is that he does say things that indicate that we do good works, but he also says you are cursed if you do good works. The latter type of prescriptions negate the former and thereby cause confusion. It is gaslighting, bait and switch, and misdirection. To my mind, it is a form of wizardry and is intentional. He has many of the characteristics of one who might be referred to as a snake. His writings are a kind of seduction. Be good to yourself and jettison him completely. Don't try to harmonize him with the rest of scripture. It plays into his game.

Is this true? Or I should ask, what is false about this.... From Clementine Homily Book 3: Chapter 47: The foreknowledge of Moses. To this Peter answered; “The Torah of God was given by Moses, without writing, to seventy wise men, to be handed down, so that the government might be carried on by succession. But after Moses was taken up, it was written down by someone, but not by Moses. For in the law itself, it is written; “And Moses died, and they buried him near the house of Phogor, and no one knows his sepulcher till this day.” But how could Moses write that Moses died? And after about 500 years or thereabouts after the time after Moses, it was found lying in the temple which was built, and after another 500 years, it was carried away, and being burnt in the time of Nebuchadnezzar it was destroyed, and thus being written after Moses, and often lost, even this shows the foreknowledge of Moses, because he, foreseeing its disappearance, did not write it, but those who wrote it, being convicted of ignorance through their not foreseeing its disappearance, were not prophets.” - Was the Torah written by Moses or only spoken by him to the 70 elders? Was the Torah spoken by Moses who was enhanced by the Holy Spirit to the 70 elders who received it by the same means, or was it written as well? If the Torah was "found" 500 years after Moses as Peter states, this indicates: 1. That the written Torah was lost for some time prior to the time it was discovered (2 Kings 22). 2. That it may have been written (in its current state) sometime after Moses/Joshua and prior to its being rediscovered (2 Kings 22), by others who were not inspiried by the Holy Spirit. The point is that the Torah was lost for some period of time. During the time it was lost, it was not in the possession of men (for as little as a generation...or by as much as 500 years). There was no accountable "chain of custody" between the time it was written (allegedly by Moses) and the time it was "rediscovered" (2 Kings 22). So, the question is, if the Torah was lost, and a chain of command not established until its rediscovery, how can anyone be assured that "unscrupulous men" did not edit the original...or add to the "oral" in the new edition? In the Clementines, Peter said that Moses (being a Prophet) knew that the written word (would be/could be) corrupted (or edited). That is why he spoke the Torah in the spirit, and, why the 70 elders and their successors received it in the spirit. It's hard to dispute 70 oral witnesses who have the same oral message. Even after this missing "Torah" was rediscovered (obvious by the King's reaction, the nation hadn't been aware of its existence: 2 Kings 22), it was taken and burned by Nebuchadnezzer only to be rewritten by Ezra.... 4 Esdras 4:21-22 For thy Law has been burned, and so no one knows the things which have been done or will be done by thee. If then I have found favor before thee, send the Holy Spirit into me, and I will write everything that has happened in the world from the beginning, the things which are written in the law, that men may be able to find the path, and those that wish to live in the last days may live. I think this is historically accurate, and if it isn't someone please correct me. That's why there are no writings of Jesus (the 2nd Moses)....its because of the same reason there are no writings of Moses. Both Prophets knew that the written word can be edited and corrupted, so it wasn't written, by either. Both Moses and Jesus had oral commandments/teachings only....given in the spirit and received in the spirit. How can anyone be positive that the written Torah as we have it today is the same (unedited) as the Oral Torah given by Moses to the 70? As Jesus told his listeners.....be good money changers. He wasn't talking about money.

@@hrvatskinoahid1048 The point of referencing Exodus 3:2 is not to indicate the giving of any Law, but to illustrate that angels can act as intermediaries. In Exodus 3:2, an angel appears to Moses, but it is God who ultimately speaks and reveals His will. This demonstrates that while angels serve as messengers, it is God who is the ultimate source of revelation. Thus, nobody, least of all Paul, was trying to undermine the significance of the Torah.

Hebrews 2:2 aligns with Jewish tradition where angels are understood to have accompanied significant divine events, including the giving of the Law at Sinai (e.g., Deuteronomy 33:2, Psalm 68:17). By mentioning angels, Paul connects with his audience's understanding of the divine origin and authority of the Torah, emphasizing its solemnity and importance. This reference serves to contrast the previous (OLD) covenant, which was mediated through angels and upheld by God's Law, with the new covenant inaugurated by Christ, the Son of God. The NEW covenant, as prophesied in the Old Testament (Jeremiah 31:31-34), establishes a deeper relationship between God and humanity through faith in Christ's sacrifice and redemption. It emphasizes forgiveness, reconciliation, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, surpassing the legalistic framework of the Mosaic Law. Regarding your comment, my only Hero is Jesus Christ, the divine Savior of all our sins, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords. Men like Peter, Paul, you, and I are mere human sinners. As Peter himself said when Cornelius bowed before him, "Stand up; I am only a mortal" (Acts 10:26, NRSV). Our reverence belongs solely to Jesus Christ, the Redeemer and Savior.

As a Christian I was taught that the 10 commandments were written by the very finger of God, and that angels are messengers from God. So to the Christian mind "the law was given thru angels" translates directly to "the law was given by God thru angels" also explained in the subsequent verse quoted. If God giving the law thru angels, diminishes it as claimed by the Rabbi, then what shall we say about the Exodus account where God gives the law to Moshe (a mere human) who then transfers the law to the people? Nevertheless a tree given by God can be fashioned into an lifeless idol, or into valuable papers and scrolls, yet the best option is to seek out the living God himself. Like Yeshua said: "You keep examining the Tanakh because you think that in it you have eternal life. Those very Scriptures bear witness to me, but you won’t come to me in order to have life!" and "For if you really believed Moshe, you would believe me; because it was about me that he wrote. But if you don’t believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?” John 5:39.. (CJB)

I converted many years ago after being a very active and scholarly Christian. (The scholarly part being what lead me to Judaism--one of these things is not like the other) What I see about Paul is that he did what a lot of extremists do upon burning out. If you take his writings at face value, he was very much on the extreme fringe in terms of a strict approach to Judaism. He went way too far, in his own writtings even traveling from place to place to hound Christians-- going against the advice of many of the great sages of the day. He seems to have been so obsessed with Christianity at that time that it's not really surprising he would start having intense daydreams he thinks are visions. Then, as a Christian, he went in the totally opposite direction with a warped view of Judaism, which was likely a projection of his own previous Jewish extremism. You see the same now with former members of the most extreme Hassidic groups. They describe Judaism with extreme weirdness that most of those living a Torah lifestyle have never heard of.

Paul was a Pharisee so he believed Pharisee stuff. An outside source referencing this concept, close to that time period, is Josephus. The idea of Angels being involved with the giving of the Torah was common back then. Antiquities of the Jews 15:163 Deuteronomy 33:2 NKJV‬ [2] And he said: “The Lord came from Sinai, And dawned on them from Seir; He shone forth from Mount Paran, And He came with ten thousands of saints; From His right hand Came a fiery law for them. Targum Yonatan; Midrash Bereshith “And G-d said to the ministering Angels who had been created on the second day of the Creation of the worlds: ‘Let us make Man.’ When Moses wrote the Torah and came to this verse, ‘Let us make Man;’ which is in the plural and implies that there is more than one Creator, he asked: ‘Sovereign of the Universe! Why do you thus furnish a pretext for heretics to maintain that there is a plurality of divinities?’ And G-d replied: ‘Write! Whoever wishes to be foolish in error will be foolish in error! Instead, let them learn from their Creator who created all that exists!‘ Yet when He came to create Man He took council with the ministering Angels.” In Genesis Rabba 51:2) it is also stated, that wherever the term “and the Lord” occurred in Scripture, the Lord with His court is to be understood. And He said to the angel of the presence: “Write for Moses from the beginning of creation till My sanctuary has been built among them for all eternity. Jubilees 1:27-2:1 Rabbi Yoḥanan said: An angel would take the utterance from before the Holy One blessed be He, each and every utterance, and circulate them before each and every Israelite and say to him: ‘Do you accept this utterance upon yourself? There are such and such laws in it, there are such and such punishments in it, there are such and such decrees in it, and so many commandments, and so many a fortiori inferences, there are such and such rewards in it.’ The Israelite would say to him: ‘Yes.’ [The angel] would then say to him: ‘Do you accept the divinity of the Holy One blessed be He?’ And he would say to him: ‘Yes, yes.’ Immediately he would kiss him on his mouth; that is what is written: “You have been shown in order to know [that the Lord, He is God]” (Deuteronomy 4:35), by means of an agent. Song of Songs Rabbah 1:2

Second Temple Judaism was diverse and included the Jewish Messianic followers of Jesus. To them, Jesus the Messiah was the fulfillment of all that had been promised to Abraham, and that had been mediated through Moses. Jesus was the prophet, the living Torah, the high priest/atonement sacrifice/new temple in which believers and the Spirit would live, the Davidic King and coming king of the world, was the God of Israel who had taken all the promised roles upon himself and inserted his authority over the world into the stream of history. As the fisherman Cephas described, "Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago."

The TRUE Messiah Jesus said to the rabbis: "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do: he hath been a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it." John 8:44

Paul is not saying that angels gave Moses the Torah. ( Although, angels could be involved by Gods instruction ). In Galatians 3:19 Paul moves from the law and begins adressing the seed " ....till the seed (Jesus) should come, to whom the promise was made" ( Promise to God's people). "It was ordained by angels" refers to ( The promise of God...." a Messiah"). and not the law.

Even Jesuses family and disciples thought Paul was a nutter and what he was teaching not only went against what Jesus taught but went against Judaism too. Anyone who has read the Hebrew Tanach and studied Judaism understands why Christianity is just another man invented religion that is the exact opposite of what the G-d of Israel taught in his own voice and through his Prophets.

I am not surprised at the collective anger accusations and hatred against Paul... John 15. 18 “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. 25 But this has happened so that the word that is written in their Law will be fulfilled: ‘They hated Me for no reason.’

@@peterplus2001 again, you are so funny 😆. The Roman Catholic bishops WROTE the NT (this was confirmed straight from the mouth of one of them). Paul was the Roman agent who started it all. And they mistranslated the Hebrew Tanakh to deceive the world. ALL the core beliefs they concocted are the core beliefs of all of Christianity. Protestantism rejected their fringe beliefs of Mary worship and saints. But all of Christianity still reveres and honors Mary at x-mas each year.

Moses, our teacher, would receive prophecy without the agency of an angel bringing it to him. The Torah testifies to this about him: "God would speak to Moses face to face, as a man would speak with his fellow." (Exodus 33:11)

If the sacrifice is done to atone for our own individual sin. Is God admitting that he sinned against Humanity and that's why God sinned Humanity and does had to have a sacrifice to a tone for his sin? Didn't Paul say he never met Jesus and he got all his knowledge from audio and visual hallucinations??? Why would sane people believe this tripe if they don't believe the fantasies coming from schizophrenis today? The first memory I have of Christianity is seeing on the news the Jim Jones and a bunch of bodies underneath seats and my mother turning to me and say never join a cult. The second experience I have with watching a religion form is when Scientology was formed and the third example I have of Christianity gone crazy is the new Maga Trump supporters and their new religion. All this tells me when I add it up and after years of studying the Bible is that it's a bunch of hooey... I would love to be able to do whatever I want and have no consequences to Father God; just what Christianity claims is that you could do what you want just believe in the blood of Jesus drink his blood eat his flesh and have hallucinations while talking in babble. YIKES😳 I am amazed how a mere mortal can think they know the mind and thoughts of a being who so far ahead that we use the term outside of space and time to describe how far advanced God is... I say is pretty presumptuous and blasphemous, but I'm not a man that I don't never had these delusions😢 No offense forever I don't want to practice your religion in any way shape, or form; however if those people who need to switch from one religion to another because they feel like they need to belong ~ God bless them🤷🏼
