The statues of Gandhi and Ambedkar should be restored forthwith in the original place.

Opposition parties should protest against the relocation of two great legends Mahatma gandhi and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar .

All statues removed especially Gandhis (Jawarhal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi) should be reinstated immediately. Modiji is trying to erase Gandhis legacy from text books, Parliament, libraries, etc). This is insult to democracy.

It should be a people's protest, not just a few opposition party members. There should be an uprising against the removal of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr Ambedkar's statue from their original prime positions in front of our Parliament.

I pray God that these two traitors (Modi & Shah) be evicted & punished.

Committees are needed when Consultation is needed and is desirable. But today one man and his able office decides and conveys to the implementing agency. And it is done. If after ten years we have not yet understood this, then the problem lies with us.

A very vindictive and unilateral decision taken by the BJP government. We are too perturbed by this decision of BJP, ever since it came into news. Now, the BJP government will take out some loop hole in the rule book to defend it's decision. We stand by Khargeji's decision to restore the statues of Gandhiji and Dr. Ambedkar to their original location. We think no fresh committes etc. should be set up or there be need to go to the court, because this was a unilateral decision taken by the BJP government. Also, now the ex leader of the opposition Sh. Khargeji (Congress part) has written to the government, he is our representative and so that should suffice. Besides, these are all BJP's diversionary tactics to distract the opposition and society at large. This was BJP's pre 2024 election decision when they were over confident of a hatrick and their call for 400 par. Little did they realize that they will be badly routed. Now it is a NDA government and not a BJP led government, though Modi has forcefully tried to reinstate himself. So, now Modi will also have to reinstate the statues back to where they were. If not, they will have to floncexafain face the wrath of the people of India.

My wild guess is that the statues of Modi and Shah might be set up in the places from where the statues of Gandhi and Ambetkar were removed. I may be mistaken in my wild guess. But, if that happens , it will not be a surprise. The change of the name of Vallabai Patel's Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad happened, and the same Cricket Stadium is now called by Narendra Modi's name. Any thing is possible these days.
