Bhai app bohot dare dare lag rahehon actually app nervous bohot hote hoo iss he liya appp gd saa cut ho rahe the... Mera bhi thoda sa same problem hai main interview ma nervous hoo jata hun.. Dar lagta hai.

Bhaiya is there cut off mark for GDand PI to get selected or they will consider all in final selection (merit list)like gate 85% and GD and PI 15%

In BPCL,HPCL GD&PI are eliminating rounds. In IOC , they calculate entire marks including interview & GD+PI.

They will ask from ur prev job experience if any, btech project, industrial training & general technical questions. GD topic would be very pickable like dowry system, coaid education system, privatisation in defence/railway, govt policy, 2 children policy etc.

@@mahadevshiv5064 the topics for GD are very generic. You can prepare hot topics from marketing stream. In interview they check ur suitablity to the company and whether u are updated with the current events in your field.

Vacancies was max during 2017-18. Since then it's declining. Same schenerio as 2021 will be maintained in 2022 & onwards. Can't expect hike in vacancies. Work hard❤️

There is as such no branch allocation for ECE like mechanical. Better opt for MMO or core work allocation.
