1:40 That seems like a pretty big problem for a gun designed to be fired at close range. If your civil war musket failed to fire at 100 yards, then the enemy might not even notice and they take cover waiting for your shot. Take cover and try again. "This is the worst shotgun ever. However, since its chamber's inner diameter is over 1/2 inch, I still like the gun."
"OW! FREAKIN HORSEFLY" You gotta love Kentucky
I built a slam-fire 12 gauge a couple of years ago from 1/2", 3/4" steel pipe, an endcap, and a fabricated firing pin welded into the endcap. The whole gun cost about $30 to make. I think my pipe gun is better quality than Scott's gun.

I’ll take 5 blasts in a row with a 12 gauge over getting bitten once by a horsefly.

Idk about the horse flies where you are but the ones we have in the hills of WV make you think ya pissed off a hornet. Which i thought I did yesterday when a horse fly got in a very similar fashion and I had a very similar reaction. Though mine ended with grotesque violence against a horse fly!

Horse fly bites take you by surprise, and feel like a wasp sting. The difference is you don’t have that lingering sting like you get from a wasp.

I forgot to add that to my comments...this made me laugh!
Looking back at this vid in March 22, damn you got messed up man. So glad you're doing better.
The irony that i watched H3VR put this in their game and also say its the worst shotgun
Scot: fires from shoulder "That's not too bad" Ian: fires from shoulder, followed by a grunt of pain and a *"OW"*

Brother Ian did a review and it hardly ever fired. Scott probably provides enough mass to hold that thing steady for it to fire.
It must smell like hell around those wooden sleepers haha. Reminds me of those kid shows way back in the late 80's and 90's where the kids have to negotiate an obstacle course of green slime, detergent water and all kinds of muck for prizes and things for their school. Only, there was less gunplay.
6:53 my favourite moment. Thank you.
Firing pin: I can't reach it man... The whole barrel: FINE, I'll do it myself.

Hmmm... I could see this as possibly having a lateral magazine like a Sten. That would be kind of cool
LOL, just laughed a drink out of my nose!!!!!
I like how he mentioned the flashbacks, this just goes to show how strong Scott really is and how he won't let anything hold him back from doing what he loves. Stay safe and stay awesome!
