You got a good deal. I own one. I’m 6’4 and it fits me fine. I have to sit on the back seat. But my knee doesn’t bend well. That bike will run forever. With little maintenance. 125 miles per gallon. Light, 282 pounds. Nice rack on the back. I don’t need to go a 100 mph. Got rid of a 2006 vstrum. That I punched new. Wanted a simpler bike. 👍

Right. I once suddenly lost all of the air in my rear tire at 40mph. Really was scary and it took me a while to get back up to speed. As I have aged, I find it so much more relaxing on small two lane back roads just enjoying the scenery at about 35 mph. This bike would be perfect for me.

So I'm 6'5", rode a vStrom 1000 for a decade, planned to get a new vStrom 650, but dealer had a mint 2004 DL-650 (vStrom) that another older rider just traded on a new DL 650. All stock, nothing faded (kept indoors), 3-piece factory hard luggage, low mileage, and new Michelin tires. They were asking $4k because of its age (Cad$, about US $3k). New were C$9k plus shipping, prep, fees, taxes = C$11,500. I had C$4600 in my pocket from selling the old one. It was a no-brainer! That was 2019. Now, i can't pick it up when it's down. Knees don't work that low. I wanted a smaller used dual sport to save money, but used bikes were C$4500+ or junk (and sometimes both). Then the XR150L came along. With Honda Financing and warranty. Older chassis, cheap non-adjustable suspension, carburetor/choke, but an engine that will go 500,000 kms with maintenance. And service on every corner of the planet. Another no-brainer! Got it home 3 weeks ago. It snowed the next day. Need to remove the stickers (safety bs) and order foot-pegs. Then risers, tires, exhaust, ... Oh, and sell a vStrom.

Nice price. I ride mine mosly off road. It's a fantastic trail bike. I ride mine hard and dropped it a dozen times with no real problems. It's a fun bike and economical.

It’s a shame that they sell this bike for $1,763 in the Phillipenes & $3,000 in the U.S. It even comes with kick-start as well as electric in Phillipenes. 🤬

@@tacomafan7488lol thats not even close to a good exuse lol they should be the same price regardless lol the fact is most of these bikeas are made in the third world countrys so that is in fact wwhy they are cheaper, import tariff fees, and thats where theyre made

Hello I am from Argentina! This motorcycle has been sold here for many years and is one of the best sellers. The issue of changing the measurement will cause you to consume more gasoline. I recommend going back to the original since the problem is usually that it comes from the factory with low rpm. If not, use the primer, turn it all on, turn it on after a few seconds, leave it in the middle, and when you're already running, turn it off. (I prefer primer than electronic injection which the xr 190 comes with) greetings and enjoy, the bike is beautiful

We live in a cold place we are having problem to start sometimes so we have to re jet it ! Fuel economy doesn’t effect up much !

So when someone tells you that the motor is not a real Honda. What they fail to understand that the motor was designed and engineered by Honda and built to their specifications. So regardless of where the motor was built it still had to meet Honda criteria !!!!.... It's a Honda and will last forever.
