    I'm an Eagles fan, so I usually see Dallas play twice per season. I saw Bland as a rookie and was very impressed. Last year simply solidified that. He's one of several young studs on that roster.

    I hope to see bland and Diggs battle together aj brown and Smith for years to come, but the way the Joneses pay the roster he will probably be gone to Washington in a year or so to play for Quinn

    @@renilvo It's been a fun few years with each team winning so many games. The division battle always lasts into the final weeks. As much as we all talk junk about our rivals, the rivalry is most fun when the teams are both good.

    Daron Bland just set the pick six record and he's still underated. Alot of people think he's a Trevon Diggs knockoff which he is not. He doesn't give up that many big plays. He only start giving up big plays in the end of the season

    Bland, Tyler Smith, Ferguson, Osa these guys make the TEAM and one more reason not to overpay ANY 1 player that keeps us from signing 2 or 3 others. Zimmer and staff get the front 7 stuffing the run consistently it will be very hard to throw on us. Bland is solid inside or out that also makes it hard to scheme against him. Lewis is solid inside and if Diggs is ready our secondary is in great shape. Safety room is in great shape starters and depth too.

    Scary thought. Imagine if, in this year's draft, the Cowboys didn't need help on the OL. In that scenario, the best CB in the draft (Terrion Arnold) was sitting there at #24. Imagine having Diggs and Arnold on the outside and Bland in the slot.

    On the outside runs he hides behind one of the receivers on the outside thats getting blocked and when the runner thinks the outside is wide open he pops out from behind them and makes the tackle. I never noticed him doing that.

  • @infinity818425
    @infinity8184257 күн бұрын

    I just think that Bland is at the peak of what he will be. He is a talented ball hawk who struggles against larger receivers. He is a corner that you let someone else overpay. You can only afford to pay 4 to 5 people top pay. He has outplayed midlevel money. So you let him go and be someone else's $30 mil a year corner. Diggs gave a discount and he will probably stay with the team long term. So let's count by position: - QB - 1 or 2 OLinemen - 1 Pass Rusher -:1 member of the secondary A top pay receiver is not necessary for a championship team. Bland probably has two years max..... And they may not be able to keep Bland and Parsons.

    Dallas front office is definitely in a tight spot and funny it's a product of being very good at drafting players. They will be paying Tyler Smith too very soon. When you think about Bland he's great insurance if Diggs doesn't return to form.

    @@tmt6145 Think about this..... Zack Martin is about to drop off either by retirement or cut. DeMarcus Lawrence is coming off too. Vets can't tie with a rookie because, cheaper player always wins. The day one of the player behind Chuma is at least as bad as he is, he's gone. That should tell you how bad Waletzko and Ball were because Chuma wasn't good.

    Daron Bland is kinda similar to Trevon Diggs, other than just a little smaller than Diggs. He will give up some long passes but his interceptions and then returning so many for TDs far outweigh any long throws he gives up.
