My life experience is very simple…..having been on earth 80+ years these are my observations. 1. It’s absolutely critical you love what you do for a living. Seen to many unhappy people doing what they don’t like. 2. A happy marriage. It gives you joy and peace. 3. Don’t fall in love with the almighty dollar. 4. Have a hobby, something you enjoy doing. 5. Eat healthy, never to excess. Avoid all junk foods and fast food places. Its all fat, salt and sugars. 6. Your weight is critical to a healthy life, control it! 7. Pray 8. Be kind to all people, smile at a stranger. You will, 90% of the time, get a smile back. 9. Often said but true, don’t sweat the small stuff. 10. Save money, don’t spend it on foolish things.

I've been saying this for years. I've been slowly removing processed foods from my diet. It's not easy but it's so worth it.

Well, this makes sense. It should be obvious to everyone at this point that our life choices have consequences. I see diabetics everywhere(type II), and I know it's because of their lifestyles.

The army gave me a bible and I found life. The right intoxication is in your brain and body but you must be kind and patient no matter the circumstances.

He is dead on. I have been on this journey for four years and I never cease to be amazed at all we are continuing to learn. I live this life and I believe anyone can if you try and keep trying. My husbands Type II Diabetes was reversed based upon a healthy lifestyle. I am so excited about this way of living I started a company, Healthquest Life, to share these strategies , health hacks and evidence that will turn your life and health around. Remember, you can’t out prescribe unhealthy lifestyle choices.

And, be kind and patient. To invite unease, be impatient and unkind both to others and yourself via your desires.

Too late for me, the pharmaceutical company ruined my life with accutane and Tretinoin and gave me permanent dry eye disease at the age of 30. We’re in a cruel system. The fact that cigarettes are even able to be sold shows that.

I’m 65 and growing up it was unusual to see an overweight child now it’s common. These kids are being set up for diabetes and heart disease not to mention joint and muscle pain. It’s the American life style of eating processed foods laden with sugar and sitting too much. We have sugar and processed foods addicted parents raising a generation of kids getting addicted to it from the beginning.

I don't agree with you. Walking is learning, fasting is learning. Being kind and patient is learning. Being pregnant is learning. Thinking is learning. Eating is learning.

Who is this guy? He really struggles to get his point across. If this was Kamala Harris you’d be making fun the word salad, Megyn. Yeah, man, like, wow, dopamine and stuff. 😂

We were given an amazing immune system, yet part of that system forces an empirical expression that we are sick. Disease is not what it seems. Your Creator wanted you to know you are sick so you can suffer the horror of it.
