    a little bit of processed sugar every single morning + processing + seed oils. Yeah a little bit of thats not going to hurt? Really? Look around you, sick people everywhere. 40% of america is literally fucking obese. When big companies claim their foods are healthy like cheerios for example, you can be more then willing to bet its not. Buy whole foods without an ingredient label and you'll be healthy.

  • @ursulageorgeson7086

    @ursulageorgeson7086

    These foods contain refined sugars which aren't simple ingredients... They're processed added to make it taste good and get you hooked, but are synthetic and harder for your body to break down. It's a more no-nonsense approach to eat fruit if you want something sweet. A little of what you fancy does you good, but there are additives in food like this that make moderation hard because they're addictive!

    Yeah, but cereal in general has some weird ingredients in it and my mother always told me if you see a word that you do not know and can’t pronounce on the food you do not need to buy. Because it’s a process with something that shouldn’t be with food. If you ever notice if you eat, processed food you’re pee stinks, but if you actually have a healthy really food, it doesn’t smell. You may think he smells all the time it doesn’t. You’ve been told to normalize the smell of pee but the stronger the smell means that you have been drinking and eating things your body doesn’t enjoy. Same with your poop if it smells really bad, you need to change your diet. It wont kill you immediately it’ll do it gradually. It’s like taking a little poisons at a time except once build up enough you’ll die. You know those people who die in their sleep or randomly pass out with no explanation. The explanation is these foods. The government has covered up a lot of stuff. Or better yet they put the truth in your face, but you have so much faith in them that you don’t think twice to look.

    "Sugar".. There are many forms of sugar.. glucose.. fructose... corn syrup... Not all sugar is bad, and if you work out, sugar won't hurt you Not the sugar is the problem here, but the fact that it's highly processed food, that lacks (natural) vitamins and minerals, and that many cereals often have additives that are bad for your health.
