Happy to see Yoly Uy and her son and daughter-in-law. They are such a wonderful family as they hosted us - tour of CDO and nearby cities, stayed in their Xavier house. We had laughter the whole time. We were with spouses Ricky and Fely Uy of Panabo City. Highly recommended their restos.

I remember watching Chef Sandy Daza during his Del Monte Kitchenomic days!!! Correct me if i am wrong but i think it was the first ever cooking show in the Philippines back in the 80's-90's? Master Chef or Hell's Kitchen weren't even born yet! I would always wait for it during Saturday mornings. Now seeing him again on TV visiting to my hometown feels so nostalgic. Sooo love it! Thanks Chef Sandy for featuring CDO!

I remember one time nag autoplay ang video ni chef sandy and I don’t know him actually first time ko mapanuod ang video nya actual about pampanga and now autoplay ulit but I googled him. Ang ganda ng show/video nya and started following his social media. :) #newfavoriteFOODSHOW I will try all this foods when I go back to CDO.

This is a good representation of CDO. People from Luzon thinks all of Mindanao is a province! I would not trade the peace and quiet living in my hometown!

i will always remember that putomaya place from my childhood. my mom's office was near Cogon Market just above Zenco footstep. she would just ask us to buy putomaya for snacks, and plus the binaterol na sikwate... oohh sarap. hope to join one of your food tours Sandy. :)

Cusina higala is NOT a very good restaurant in CDO. Ang cheap ng mga niluluto wala sa sariling imbento. Gaya gaya lang. Mas masarap pa dyan yung cagay anons restaurants menu.

Once you reach middle age, these foods are no longer healthy but risky to eat. You need to go back to plant-based.
