I knew I had a fungus but didn't know the term Candida, I thought; going to the clinic and getting a prescription will fix everything. They prescribed Fluconizole, which has severe side effects so I didn't take them. This forced me to recognize that I have to change my entire diet and fix my gut biome. It's been a little over a week now and I've stuck to my diet very strictly, my symptoms are down 75% and I'm in better shape and feel great. The one down side is finding carbohydrates and calcium. I've recently learned that you can still eat most cheeses and get Carbs from lentils, green beans and just eat in larger portions. Thank you for making these videos, I learned a lot from them.

No you cannot eat carbs or your treatment will fail. Meat, eggs, coffee, garlic, turmeric, black pepper, salt, and butter only. Something like cilantro or arugula is fine.

Your suppose to take the Antifungals smh it’s the easiest fastest way to cure you just have to know how with a good diet low to no carbs and don’t feed it with any type of sugars and take strong digestive enzymes to destroy biofilms take strong dose of vitamin d and anti fungal would work better

Dr. Can you treat candida and Sibo at the same time?

Remove all sugars, starches, lactose, gluten Add Garlic, Ginger, Lentils, meat, Cruciferous vegetables Probiotics is a must, get the pills, you can also eat sour kraut, most yogurt has too much sugar The first step is just knowing what Candida is, you can google Candida diet for way more options.

Is it safe to get a colon cleanse?

I had Covid at Christmas and developed what my Dentist and Dr diagnosed as candida on my tongue and throat while dealing with Covid symptoms. Since then I just haven’t been able to conquer the candida I had two courses of nystatin and three courses of Fluconazole I’m currently on my third course. My GP has now referred me to ENT at a local Hospital. I have not had sugar in any way only in fruit. I have lost weight and generally feeling not well. I wish your clinic was based in the UK where I am! However your tips are very helpful. Thank you.

@@annepare5955 I did it with only 20 drops once a day over 2 months. I am tiny (5'4" and 95 pounds) and very sensitive to whatever I ingest. So sorry it didn't help you 😞

We'd be happy to help you. You should know that our success is based on figuring out what's really wrong. It may not even be Candida, or it may be about Candida as well as several other issues, but that is what we aim to figure out. Hello, is it possible that the candida may die off a month after treatment and a month and a half after starting the diet? and is it possible in two stages? This is the second time I have shown signs of a cold, although the last time I was sick was 7 years ago.

I would like so much to eradicated Candida Even after 3 months of specific cure anti Candida with a naturopath it’s still there…I have chronic sinusite ( I have mucus all the time ), allergy with pollen, cat, etc… what I can do or what can I take to heal this problem ?

I had recurring sinusitis for 5 months, it would come back every month. What helped was to avoid dairy. Once I eliminated dairy I didn't get a cold for 2.5 years. Dairy always used to cause a stuffy nose and difficulty to breathe at night.

I received test from Diagnostic Solution the result is : Candida spp. At 1.68e5 it’s write : High I have followed specific diet for 3 months and took 3 Times a day Grapefruit seed extract but I think I have not a good result ??? + And I have bacteries : pseudomonas spp, Staphyloccocus aureus and streptococcus spp…What can I take to eradicated ?

I’m not sure if I have candida, my stomach tripled in less than two months. My stomach looks like I’m pregnant now, that’s how big it got . I have constipation problems, having to push. I wonder if I have this

It sucks but you're going to have to change your diet, but in the long run it's good because you'll be on a diet that makes you feel great and look great.

Interesting. If you look at it this way: Candida overgrew because it is oportunistic and got the chance to grow. Now, the new established balance has Mr. Candida on #1 of the biome leaderboard, but the other guys are waiting in line for their chance to conquer back the throne :D You just got to give them the chance. By the way, and this is quite interesting: I had first bacterial overgrowth only (could still eat tablesugar and white rice for example). Then I candida took over. and then (and I havent read anywhere else about this), after supermarket sushi - I actually had salmonella (and sh... my brains out). During that time, i could eat sugar again without any other sysmptom than running to the toilet - which i had to for all foods. Sadly, I assume becuase I didnt get the chance to give the good bacteria a chance to return by taking pre and probiotics, candida took over again xD RIP

That's the general idea. However, you can beat the Candida with a lot of work. That's what we help people do.
